I did not even expect that blonde eyepatched guy is supposed to be Dimitri till I just found it out in my run. I thought he would be a total new character, lol.

In my list she would have been in the category RIP.

Impression of the units after my completed GD run in normal: Byleth: Amazing, not much more say. Her only weakness might be her defense, but skills can fix it. I put her in her default classes and did well. Claude: Honestly underwhelming in the beginning. He was not strong and notcfast either. He became much better as a flyer. Had much better strength and speed growth from now on. Of course three range is extremly great to kill two range magic users and mobility is always great. The later the game, the more he showed his potential. Hilda: Ironic character. She does not want to be put on the front line, but this is where she belongs to. As a wyvern lord she reminds pretty much on Miley or Jill. Great strength and speed and good defense. Her resistance was OK enough to take at least two hits by most magic users. Amazing unit from the beginning on! Lysithea: Most powerful mage in FE so far, so strong that she oneshots the majority of the enemies except maybe a few beasts with +70 HP. She could even do 70 damage to the final boss. She can be used as nosferatu tank, if she does not face fists or swordmasters. Only downsode: poor moment. Otherwise a deluxe unit. Raphael: He level one speed point in my run, lol, but as a knight he does not need it. He mainly exists to buff the movement of the allies. That is all he does. His combat against physical units is alright, but he only was brought to speed things up. Marianne: Died unfortunately. I think she would have been a good falcon Knight with thunder sword. Ignatz: Dropped him because of several terrible level ups. A decent adapter at best probably. Leonie: Overall balanced bow knight overall. Sylvain: The slower and a bit more tanky version of Leonie. Prefer her because of her higher speed and more double attacks. Lorentz: Making him become a paladin was bad because he lost the ability of using magic. He became outclassed by the other two mentioned above due to his low speed. Flayn: I made her become a dancer which was a wrong decision because she had a rescue staff. For a speedrun someone else would be better. Catherine: Fastest unit of my run. She ORKO'ed Edelgard in chapter 20. With evasion buffs she would be a good EP unit too. Shamir: She was a disappointment because her speed was bad. When I used her as support unit she finally gained some strength and speed, so I could semi-use her in lategame chapters. Seteth: Great flyer. Similar strength and defense as Hilda, but a bit slower. Still good enough to oneshot nasty mages. Manuela: Did not use enough to judge her.

Huh, so somethimg like grades (earned points from a completed file for a new game+ run) do exist? It is great to know, thanks!

No fan of Noire

I just hope I will be able to recruit Lys... I am already a bit scared of failing. Failing and being forced to fight and kill her is the last thing I want to see happen. Marianne is also a big want since she died in my GD run.

Lys would have been oneshotted in normal too (+50 damage). She did the most damage of all with one hit (70), but her hitrate was only 60%.

Byleth could oneturn with a brave sword too, but her hitrate was not great with about 60%, so I decided to use canto unit(s) first. I am not a big fan of Edelgard, but I want to play the *chaotic* path first.

Someone already told that he can oneshot almost everyone. In normal a few units like Hilda or Claude could take two hits by him. Btw the dealt damage was perfect to give the final blow to Byleth. I think Black Eagles because I want to play as a male avatar next. (gender of avatar is opposite to house leader's)

Chapter 21's map theme was.........interesting. First I thought it is a Persona or Trails game, now it feels like a Xenoblade game.

She has a voice of mature woman and she does not look that young to me either, so pre-timeskip I would say in the mid twenties.

Technically each untransformed Laguz because they punch in enemy phase. Most wanted unit would be Lyre then. Oh wait this is Heroes? Umm...still applies.

Lys needs FE13's vantage, so this would not happen again.

I will restart and skip this optional battle. (they are way harder than the main story anyways) Also the death happened because I forgot about the brave effect of fists.

Only two more chapters to go - final hype. Chapter 20 was the easiest wark-skip ever although I needed two turns to get all the (worthless) chests. Kinda sucks that only Lys, the strongest character, has warp and dancer Flayn has rescue - not the best combination.

Huh... the second poll was messed up (again). Anyways a bit footage of my GD run: I could not recruit her in Fates yet since her dad is absolute garbage and I have no patience to keep him around in my team. However I am aware how stupidly powerful she is in Hereos, so I can only assume same goes for Conquest.

Lysithea is a very special character to me: Based on stats she is the best magic user in the entire series for me. She is the ticket to kill the Death Knight and pretty much oneshots 95% of the enemies, if trained properly. The best unit who is neither Byleth nor one of the three leaders. She has a very serious background story without spoilering too much. When I read her A support with Byleth and chapter 17 I felt even more for her. Her design and appearance reminds pretty much on a Micaiah. In general she is superfun to use and a prove that mages still can be good. The last good makes I have seen, were the ones from Judgral, but only because they got busted tomes. If Grafcalibur did not exist, FE5 would not only be unbeatable, but Lysi also would be the best mage in the series. Characterwise she wants to learn hard to reach her self set goals quickly and be respected as an adult which both are connected to her backround story. Share your stories and / or pictures of her!
