So Supports are somewhat confirmed from what I watched of the video. A new system where you can invite units to your room for some Pokemon Amii stuff. You can touch them and gain support points. For same-gender units there's a hot spring for bonding.

Good to see this was pinned. Anywho, I realy want to see the dynamic romance between the servants and the avatar. Like I wonder if Felica and Joker were Avatar's childhood friends like Cyrus because they look the same age. I saw one post saying they would pair Felicia and Joker. It makes me wonder if they could be relatives, like there's an entire maid.butler family that serves Nohr or Cyrus is Felica and Joker's father. I doubt it cause they would have said that when they were officially announced.

Only Hoshido clans have been shown. I'd Imagine Nohr would have some as well like Mercenary groups or maybe the maids and butlers are part of a big servant family/clan to serve the royalty.

Ok, I'm legit getting tired of these topics taking over the front page. So can we just merge them into one topic please? For starters, let's get the FAQ's out of the way. Can Character X marry Avatar? Yes, most characters can S-Support with the Avatar, and a Second-gen is set to appear once marriages take place. Will the Avatar be able to romance his family? We don't know yet, it's extremely doubtful at this point however. Can The Avatar Be Gay? We don't know yet, but it has been established by Nintendo after the Tomodachi controversy that they plan to be more inclusive. More then likely it won't be possible since the S-Supports and Marriage syatem has been announced with no sign of Same-Sex Marriage and specifically stated the opposite gender can elope. Character X is Best Waifu/Husbando That's great. Please don't spam it in a topic. I'll update it as more info comes. Update 5-31-15: The My Castle Feature has been added. In it, the Support-System has been somewhat confirmed, I'm not sure if they'll behave similiar to previous FE's. But I'm certain it will. The traversable area allows the Avatar to talk and build relationships. The Avatar can visit hot-springs that are built so they can have awkward bonding with units of the same gender. Also, a new feature is a unnamed mode as of now, that allows the Avatar to build relationships faster with a minigame similiar to Pokemon-Amie that lets you "Heal the wounds" of other soldiers to build support by touching their faces. Once I have an official translation, I'll let you guys know the names and if we get anymore info. Update 6-17-15: Mentioned briefly, or eluded in the Tree house streams, S-Supports or at the very least, Romantic Supports in general are coming back. It seems to build up similar to Awakening. Update 6-18-15: It's back! S-Support and Children have been confirmed in a recent leak. Update 6-22-15: Just a Big Heads-Up! As a huge fan of VC, I can definitely see the influences. The Nohr Hater Skill is very similar to the Darscen Hater or Rosie Hater Skills in VC. Some character designs remind me of VC, but that's about it tbh unless you want to count having unlimited Weapon/Ammo Uses with the exception of the Tank Lances in VC and having limited health uses. In terms of what elements I want to see from VC, I would like to see a casual/phoenix mode that acts like VC2 which leaves your units inactive for a few battles, that way the player gets the consequence of unit defeat without turning on Classic. Honestly, I'd love to see an Advance Wars with VC Story Elements. I'd also like to see Valkyria Chronicles 4 explore a FE: IF style of storytelling with multiple paths etc. Actually after Atlus is done with SMTxFE, they need to make Valkyria Chronicles x Advance Wars. Atlus does have access to Sega IP after all...

I mean, we've seen mostly Hoshido maps and we have more confirmed characters for the Hoshido route then Nohr. At this point, the only characters we don't no jack about are Hoshido Emmeryn and Orochi. Nohr has little to nothing and they've confirmed more Hoshido characters then Nohr. Perhaps to increase difficulty, Nohr won't have that many units compared to Hosido, but it seems Hoshido is really being pushed.

Has anyone translated the new story dialogue in this week's Famitsu?

That sounds a lot like the Darscen Hater and Rosie Hater Potentials in Valkyria Chronicles... Perhaps it's a dynamic skill that changes over time for characters who have that skill but can be recruited to the Nohr side. I don't think Oboro's the only one that has it.

Another Random Thought: Perhaps Aqua is Garon's Niece and your Nohr Family are her cousins. Perhaps Garon orchestrated Aqua's kidnapping and killed his brother/sister so his family could rule the Nohr throne. Now that she;s back, Garon is going out if his way to ensure the throne is not taken from him.

The place looks pretty empty tbh. Garon is the only visible person there.

Interesting idea, perhaps the Nohr don't even recognize her and Kamui just introduces her as a friend from his travels in Hoshido. I would be strangely amused by this.

I notice how there has yet to be any known interaction between them. Also, isn't a bit odd that in the first trailer, that Aqua would dance for her supposed father's amusement? Why would she be forced to dance for her own long-lost father? I wonder how the Nohr campaign will handle Aqua. Will there perhaps be another emotional scene similiar to Kamui where Aqua reunites with her blood siblings? Or will she have to be persuaded to rejoin her bloodline as an odd parallel to Kamui as she is forced to make a choice as well. Perhaps, Aqua was kidnapped first and the Nohr took you in to fill that void of a fifth sibling. Any speculation on how the Nohr royalty will treat Aqua?

I seriously doubt Blue-haired maid will be a soy for Garon or be playable on the Hoshido route. I think she'll probably be the Antithesis of Felicia, she'll be harsh, rude, and unwilling to do any type of service for the people of Nohr and could be the snobbish type while Felicia is the dedicated and cheerful maid.

Felicia: By far my favorite unit announced so far cause lol Waifu. Because she's a unit that will join in both sides, I'm expecting a really dynamic character out of her in terms of her loyalty and relationship with Kamui. We haven't heard much of her Blue-haired counterpart, I'm expecting their personalities to contrast differently, like her sister is loyal to Nohr but not Kamui. I expect a map or scene in the Hoshido campaign where Felica will face her sister or fellow maid where they really show how their personalities collide so differently. I'm also expecting her to have a complex relationship with Kamui, since they look roughly the same age, they might be childhood friends or she could be really close to him/her. The maid class sounds great, and if Mairrage comes back, I will waif her every playthrough. Suzekaze: Another unit, I'm expecting to have a dynamic story. Since he hails from Hoshido, I honestly wonder how and just why he would side with Kamui. I highly doubt it, judging by the text we've seen, but maybe he's a distant friend of Kamui. It seems his design is to contrast to his other ninja's. Perhaps that's a point of contention with his fellow ninja's since he has no problem fully revealing his face, and he's probably a lot more laid back then other ninja's and his headpiece looks interesting, perhaps that's a key feature of his character. I also expect him to have an emotional fight with his other ninja brethren Joker: I really like his design. I think his personality might be a mix of a really prissy neat-freak butler, and a smooth joker (Cause his name is joker hehehehe) I'm also wondering if he could be a potential childhood friend of Kamui like Felicia and him alongside Felicia and the butlers and maids could be his only friends outside of his family, because Kamui might have been sheltered from Commoners since birth. Orochi: She's not talked about at all, because of the lack of info on her. We really don't know what class she is. She could be a mage or a Hoshidan version of a mage. I think she looks hawt and if Felicia didn't exist, I'd waif her. Personalty-wise, I'm expecting her to have a rather spoiled or snobby personality because she looks like a glamorous or rich person from ancient times. She might actually be some sort of spritual figure, because she does kinda dress like one. IDK, she's a mystery...

The official releases, have honestly just put the spotlight on Avatar, his families, and Aqua. Nobody is really talking about the side characters (Orochi, Felicia, Joker, Kazahana, etc) What are you guys' thoughts or predictions about these characters story and gameplay-wise.

This only makes Felicia even more badass. Everyone thought she would just be a cleric. I'd assume the weapon animations or strikes would be the same. So maids are essentially Well-Dressed Ninja's...
