  1. Nope. I did the same. Every playthrough they were in some position of power. Really, Awakening allows you to have almost half the cast related if you play your cards right.
  2. FE4 and Awakening to my knowledge are the only two with marriage and children mechanics to my knowledge. The older FE did have romantic supports, but they were balanced by having a few platonic relationships between the opposite genders as well. But I suppose Awakening does allow that as well, but only if said two characters are already married to different people. What I'm saying is that it should be split again. Platonic relationships checkered throughout the cast... Including your siblings for clear reasons. The reason I can't see romance in this game is because of how it is set up. A lot of the major cast are your siblings, and the other characters come off as side characters. Awakening didn't do that, as it focused on a cast that was completely unrelated unless you used the marriage system. Minus Chrom and Lissa, no one else was related to them in anyway unless you used the mechanics to make others extended family. Fates seems to be different. We know there's a support system as the treehouse indicates, but that doesn't necessarily mean romance and S-supports are in. I kind of feel like they would be forced because they would be for the side cast. Even with adoptive siblings, Nintendo might not get away with such an excuse in America. A fully remade and translated Genealogy wouldn't be released here because of the exact themes that plague it.
  3. I would prefer if S-supports weren't a thing for this game. Failing that, S supports could also be platonic between certain characters. I feel like Awakening was unrealistic with so many people being compatible with each other.
  4. Not good? You don't know what you're talking about. Really. Every game to date has contained some actual real world problem or at least alludes to human flaws. 3 is death, and wanting to leave a life of misery behind, 4 is focused on how humans only see what truth they want to see, whether it is rightful or wrongful. P1 and P1 focus on the inner mind and how rumors can actually be harmful in the long run respectively. DeSu focuses on what would happen if you gave humans actual demons to summon, and what they would do with it. Don't deny it, we're pretty irresponsible as race tbh. SMT focuses on the struggles of Christianity pretty much. Demons from other mythology are added in there. It is true they go to the extreme in viewpoints. A little overdone it is the apocalypse every time, but what can you do? The series as a whole basically explores religion and philosophy, and the Persona series explores actual human flaws and desires. I don't see how they aren't good. The stories may have parts where they slack off, but they are still good entries. P4 probably went over the top with bonds and stuff, but it portrayed a clear and actual message. Please stop spreading misinformation and giving people a cup half-full of personal bias.
  5. Why is Persona even being used in the first place? It's a spin-off title; not the main series itself.
  6. Everyone is right: Do not fuse Angel. Of course, I fused my Cherub to get Nebrios, but that's irrelevant. Angel is one of the demons that will constantly evolve, and it has saved my life during my first playthrough that I completed a few days ago. Angel goes to Archangel to Power(???) and so on. A really good demon despite being easy to get.
  7. I'm afraid not. I recall them saying it is a standalone not connected to anything, which is good. We haven't had one in awhile now. And despite sharing Awakening's design, it isn't set in it; they just used the same engine.
  8. I thought so. Couldn't find the original anywhere. Ha!
  9. Hm, can you believe he was using a laptop in the ending of the manga?
  10. Yeah, I just looked through it. Still trying to figure out stats and such before making a decision.
  11. So, read about some things, and am interested. Since this is chat, I suppose I should post this here. I'm going once knout some more things about this RP.
  12. They had some pretty interesting potential.
  13. I assume you mean statless RP, or god modding, which can indeed be annoying.
  14. I'll take a look at the ones that do, and see if I have the talent and items to be able to participate.
  15. Sorry, I didn't meant to offend in any way.
  16. Question: Are there any RP's active that don't use stats?
  17. What were they called? Making one seems fun, but I've exhausted all FE related things with stories.
  18. Nah, the Roleplays seem good, but I'm horrible at stats in general :D I'll stick to here.
