Blank printing paper will work fine. You might use a ruler for boxes for the panels, and depending on how complicated your character designs are, you could sketch them out in pencil and then ink the final lines then erase the pencil. Inking also tends to scan in better sometimes. Also get in the habit of not outline drawing. Use simple shapes and construction lines to create the body of the character. This also makes it much easier to draw different poses. This is construction lines/shapes for a fox. If you think you need to you can look for step by step tutorials for different creatures/characters. But many webcomics get away with stick figures as well. Hope that helps!

@Espurrhoodie @DragonFlames @Hawkwing The stuff you all mentioned is why original fiction never tends to go anywhere with me. Fanfic has plot bunnies and stuff too yeah, but a lot of it is already done...like there are characters and locations with names to work off of. Well with the new backstory for Grima in SoV, we can imply that his creators may have started to annoy him? I think he's the only instance of the "big evil dragon" being created by humans. Comparable to Mewtwo I suppose. But it can also go in the way that he thinks they're ants. He was above them, they may have brought him into the world, but he wasn't going to rely on them forever, he had an ego, and with his power they should be bowing down to him.

Without further ado: Boss: Egil Game of Origin: Xenoblade Chronicles What does the boss do? Swords: Sword items appear, he will pick them up and use them and throw them at you. Lasers: Laser attacks, small beams mostly but they can be charged into bigger ones. Hit him to stop the charging. Summon Help: At 50% health he'll start summoning mechon to help him. He can bring in small flying mechon that shoot lasers and are easy to defeat if you can catch them, or larger ones that stay on the ground and blade swipe and take more hits. One mechon is summoned at a time. Apocrypha Activate: At 25% health he'll disable the player's specials (B moves) temporarily, like for a minute.
