  1. Finish Lyn's/Siegfried's mode. Loved it, nice ending, almost reminiscent of Fire Emblem 4 with the end of Sigurd's Tale. I was able to class change Inanna at level 18, the 2 extra levels wouldn't have mattered really with her stats. She's beasting obviously. Tamiko also hit level 20, so once I get her and a ring, she'll be promoted as well. The first tale was pretty much solid. Not too many problems. Mostly the bases of some of the characters, but I think those are more of personal problems than real ones for me. Chapter 11 introduces new map music, once again awesome and somewhat fitting music. Can't wait for the sound room rather I unlock it by finishing or the patch is updated for it.
  2. I was reading the Chapter Requirements page on feshrine and it mentioned something about a Sidequest Guide. I'm guessing that guide has yet to be compiled and/or uploaded. I'd love to see it, as I'm sure I'm missing a few things right now.
  3. Speaking of Sieg mentioning Sacae, in Chapter 4 when you recruit the Monk (name escapes me at the moment), he says he believes that "Etruria is evil" instead of Magnus.

  5. Well, I can't wait to get the Sound Room then. And I do agree that the map music is much more important for FE games. Much more memorable and enjoyable for me.
  6. Loving it so far, in chapter 4. One thing that stands out to me is the music. Awesome. What's the music for the Prologue and Chapter 3 Field Map? It's the same and really sounds awesome. I turned the animations off to listen to it. I'm interested if it was custom made or a song from another source modified for the game. I think I should know it, but I can't put my finger on it. Thanks in advance when/if someone answers.
  7. Do you have a list of the updated growths? Although I suppose I could open it up in Nightmare and look. I'll take a whack at the hack...I'll slap myself for that one.

    Don't know if this conversation was there in the original take, it probably was, but Erik's conversation with Serra in Hector's tales was just awesome. Really made me like Erik a bit and while I love Serra, he did speak the truth.
  13. I think it would be great for his character overall if he got into a relationship with some characters in the party (friendly relationship and/or more than that. Both are great for him) I kind of see him potentially becoming close to Julie actually, either as a friend/brother/uncle/etc. or maybe a bit more.
  14. Chapter 3 looks pretty good gameplay-wise. Have to hold your ground and survive until Tuck comes, then once Renais starts helping you the battle pretty much becomes easy. I like it, especially for an early chapter.
  15. Rebecca will spread the green to every sprite. It's only a matter of time.
  16. And those who did need changing have already been handled. The only two I could see you changing now is Lyn and maybe Priscilla. But that's it really. Besides, I honestly don't know why this was such a big deal in the first place.

  18. With you mentioning this, there's something I've been wondering with the reported glitches. Maybe starting a new file would help that, unless those people have already. With the trading glitch, I was using a file from the previously released 4.0 beta and reported the trading glitch still there. However, when I started a new game, that glitch had not yet occurred. Maybe that will help make things more accurate.

The reason for this is as since the single chapter is continuous battles, if it was Karel's turn when his finished the Bern map for example, it will start out on the enemy phase on the next map, yet if Karel killed the last enemy on the enemy phase as a counter attack, the next turn on the next battle will be Karel's. At least it's consistent.
  20. Since you were able to implement a Magefighter into your Yuri's Sidestory hack, perhaps there can be Falcoknights with Staffs...or would that still be too much trouble?

  22. Played for a small bit, the only problem that I see currently from what I've played is the trade glitch still in there, from Lyn's tutorial in the original game. This wouldn't really bother me, but it really limits Legault's tale as those you rescue are pretty much useless since I can't trade them items.
  23. Thanks for the work on the fixes, Arch and anyone else on the team. I'll try this patch now and see what I can play through tonight.
  24. Not only that, but it stops others from playing Lucius Tale as well, since I'm pretty sure you have to finish Karel's to activate Lucius. I was able to play Lucius with a save from the previous Elibian Nights, but a new game of the beta I wasn't able to. Anyways, Raven's tale sounds like it could be a big one. Can't wait.
  25. *Wipes hands* Well, that was one hell of a ride just to read through. Now that that's settled... Sad to see this prolonged, but oh well. Hopefully Tale 2 will be awesome in all its new glory and those new maps won't be too much trouble.. And I put forth my vote for Loli Echidna as well.
