Hello evrybody, i'm Izhuark and you surely don't know anything about me (if it's the case i invite you to read the well named "about me" section of my profile). I'm actually in summer vacation and have too much time so i looked on Romhacking.net if i could find translation of an RPG on the DS since i'm an huge fan of RPG... And I found this game. I never heard about it and tried it yesterday (it is past midnight in my timezone) about 30 minute and then thinked it would be cool to do a blind run on this forum... So here whe are ! About the game : Like i said i only played 30 minute into the game to know what kind of RPG it was and it seem to be a classic RPG with menu based combat and a 4 character party. The game look a lot like Etrian odyssey in the way it represent enemies, the guild and mission system, party formation, the skill tree and an adrenaline system like in the first EO except that instead of having a jauge that fill with each action each character have 3 "exhaust" points and can spend one to enter in this "adrenaline mode" i just now it augment the overall damage of the next action and i think you can restore those point by sleeping at the inn. The main difference between this game and Etrian Odyssey is that instead of roaming in a dungeon the layout is like clasic rpg's with towns and world map to explore. i read in the translation patch's readme that the game is masochistic so i except something around Etrian Odyssey difficulty... Prologue : In a world whith good Hunters and bad Dragon... I planned to let the user of the forums make their character but since I had no response; I will continue the let's play with my own ... but anyway if you want to know how the other class and apparences look here they are !

I guess that make senses. I really don't know what to do, i want the game to advance but how ? Sorry to make random guess on you mancer. Even after informing myself on how scumread i'm really bad at it. Jeez... So i understand why what i've done is scummy because it is poor and irrational. ##Unvote At least i can raise a classic question for evryone ... since it's a really chaotic multiball what strategie do you think scum would adopt and do you think anyone seem to follow it ?

hum wait a minute... Is that Richter ? the Richter Belmont ? Why didn't they used another hero to make trash out of the serie (i don't know like gabriel, Alucard or the new "Simon") why it has to be Richter :( Okay calm down, i must be positive a least they have retconned lord of shadow and Richter is the hero of a new "game", i guess... Ahh i can't be positive about this.

ah and eclipse i think you confuse masson with lover in normal party if one masson die the others stay alive. But since this is bastard i don't know what this "twist" could be but i don't think it's the one you gave us.

Marth claimed that SB was recruited. If Blitz was the cult leader, he would've had to have directly recruited SB. The masons could've targeted either. Hum, Marth already stated that he targeted blitz with his voyeur role but he received the result for SB. and SB. Said he protected blitz with his martyr ability. So if blitz is the cult leader (spoiler he is not) he targeted himself because he knew that someone whould redirect his action.

No i have no other reason other than to make the game advance, this seemed to be a good reason to suspect them and the vote was to had pression to my words to get information.

Ah and looking at eclipse's iso she say explicitly that there is only one cult and two masons. And that if one masons die all dies because SB was recruited, wut ?

Once again i think that flavor is more than useful in that game and the hypothesis that there is a serial killer is more than plausible if we look at it.

ah missed the post were she said that ther was two masons and ONE cult, sorry. But i still want to know what make you think that both can recruit.

how do you know that there is 2 mason and that both can recruit ? Eclipse just said there was a town faction that could recruit...

ah forgot to the second part of the first question. i don't think we should lynch SB because if we want to take down cult we must aim for the head, if we have an unlimited vigilante we could attempt to kill him but if he was indeed a town mason + martyr it would be a huge lose.

1) Culted seem more probable because we now a neighbourizer is dead. 2) No i didn't. 3) I don't really know maybe it was just a random guess from mafia since there were no serious night claim on D1... 4) already answered that. 5) I agree with marth. 6) like i said earlier marth really need to make his claim clear because the actual one make no sense to me. 7) by mayor you mean somoene who can cancel a lynch ? if it's the case i think that it would be too powerful since cult is growing faction with only 1 user has the weak point. 8) Serial killer if hunter isn't the serial killer or survivor if he is.

And i think it could be applied to snike case since near all his scumreads were on rapier or mancer.

My logic is that if scum or itp are threatened by a specifics user it's a priority to kill him before the towns full-attention go on them.

When i said marth's one i meant claim (and by extension his voyeur claim) not a martyr claim. Hum, marth vote seem really forced and motivated more for survival than to help town. I think that snike and eclipse were holding their vote just to be sure. (i also note that mancer and rapier did NOT hope on the crysta wagon and stayed on the marth one...) The more i think about it, the more i think that mancer and/or Rapier are scum i will reread their iso to see if their anything to back that out. Weapon i think because i don't know what to think about him since he give nothing to read. (tough he give more information now so it will maybe not longer the case.) for now i vote for mancer ##Vote : MancerNecro

I think marth claim is ridiculous what is he some kind of omnipotent being ? but he did tell the truth on SB recruitment so the voyeur part of his claim maybe true... for SB this martyr claim coincide with marth's one. Wait a minute... And if Marth was cult leader and SB was indeed recruited in the night by him ? that sound silly but it's not impossible. Hum, it surprised me since i just saw the result when i woke up but that is all, ah and the flavor did help me a lot to get information in this game so i think we can dig this description to have some piece of information and i think we should dig more flavor text in general. he made some ennemies in day one( "Top 3 Bad gais would be Mancer Rapier Crysta" ) so i think that could explain it. Ah that feels great i think it indeed help me don't hesitate if you have more of them. hum guys... don't an independent vigilante is called a serial killer ? maybe it change with win conditions but i think it feel the definition.

Can i respond to those question too blitz ? i'm so confused right now i can't think on my own, so asking me question will maybe help me to apprehend the game again. 1. It's a pretty weird game right now but flavor is really cool. There is a LOT of activity but i guess it's a good thing. the roles seem really ridiculous for the most parts and this multiball is unsettling. And then the at the end of night 1 ---- start of day 2 i'm just lost. 2. This straight out confuse me, day 1 claims were pretty soft but here it go in every directions, i don't know who i should trust or even what i should try to read.

okay evryone sorry if i get a little unactive, because this game is over active it's hard for a first-timer to keep up the pace while learning the ropes. I tought i could cool down on the night phase but apparently whe have nightalk and this one in particular will finish in 3 hours so... =_= anyway i will not quit the game but don't be surprised if i am not has active that day 1.

count me in. that sound really funny but is it really mafia ? Because if their is no factions it's more a survival game with mechanics from mafia. (i totally understand anyway that it's on the mafia forum for convinience reason) Edit : ah and does the character need to be from an already existing fictonial piece or can i make him up from nothing ?
