  1. Actually screw it ##Unvote ##Vote Dreamer
  2. I'm pretty convinced that Dreamer is scum, but I don't think enough people would be on board with lynching her today. Her recent posts have all been too vague to implicate her, which makes her all the more suspicious. I'll keep my vote on Elieson, since we're pretty close to hammer, unless someone else votes Dreamer.
  3. Apparently lynching > not lynching, as a rule of thumb? I'll unvote if I'm screwing things up.
  4. A flier can rescue Roy, fly a little bit further, then get danced for another turn. If they had more than two spaces left, they net more turns. Dancers can become the ultimate dodgetanks with sufficient use, though I think this is OP's first run of FE6, so holding off on more fragile units may be a good idea.
  5. Ahh I'm sorry I'm alive also I was roleblocked I'm still thinking Dreamer since a lot of her actions and Tiny's actions would make more sense if they were working together, but for the sake of a lynch, ##Vote: Elieson (what's L-1 I can't find it on the FAQ)
  6. Boots!Roy is pretty much a waste since he sucks for most of the game. It's much easier to just rescue him to the boss. Personally, I'd give Lalum/Elphin the boots instead, which nets you more total movement.
  7. I'm even more suspicious of Tiny and Dreamer; I'm thinking that Dreamer knew I was going to track her so she got Tiny to decoy me. ##vote: TinyGoddess
  8. I tried to track Dreamer last night and the result was "you see TinyGoddess visiting you." Not "visiting her," but "visiting you." Does anyone know what that means?
  9. That sounds beautiful :') it's probably not translated very well though
  10. I haven't checked this subforum lately! >.< Is it too late for me to join, or...?
  11. You could rig him levels so that he doesn't proc sufficient speed to double the brigand, but it would be counterproductive in the long run. Rigging a Thunder miss shouldn't require burning too many RNs.
  12. IMO, Clarine is easier to train than both of them. She has much better luck and IIRC better speed than Saul. Healers with high avoid are typically easier to train since you can just throw them into the action without having to worry much, while healers with low avoid tend to stay on the sidelines more.
  13. @ Refa You only had a PR yesterday? That would explain it, since I thought you had one on both days. No, I've never played forum mafia before, sorry if I'm not doing very well. I associate bad playing with scuminess, and I'm having a hard time trying to find scum without reading into their playing. I'm not getting as many scum vibes from Tiny, but if Dreamer is scum then she looks a lot guiltier. Her posts are just a little to ambivalent for me to feel secure about her.
  14. @ Mancer: provided I did misinterpret the PM that I thought cleared you, going after the Tracker, i.e. the only outed investigative role, looks suspicious on your part, not to mention I tracked you because I found you suspicious. If did nothing is in fact the same result as did an action and failed, that makes you the most scummy one. If you are town, you have no reason to go after me, since if I was scum I wouldn't have bothered to clear you; one more lynch candidate would mean that I would have a better chance of surviving. General question: Does anyone actually know if "did nothing" =/= "did action but failed," or is a game by game thing? I'm not entirely sure.
  15. I was being vague about the tracking because I wasn't sure if repeating PMs word for word is considered quoting, and therefore against the rules, or if quoting is only considered as such when the quote box with timestamps and all is used. I'm thinking the latter, but I wanted to be on the safe side. The way the PM was worded implied that no action, successful or unsuccessful, had taken place. (I'm the Tracker, by the way. In case that wasn't obvious already.) I'm holding off on voting since we managed to lynch the Doctor and the Cop on the first two tries. I haven't finished reading everything from Day 1, but right now I'm thinking that Dreamer > Tiny >>> Refa > everyone else > Mancer > Me. The ambivalent way Dreamer worded her opinion on Tiny is kinda suspicious, so I'm thinking that they're scumbuddies. She's read pretty much everyone as neutral, perhaps to avoid making enemies? I'd also comment on her passive posting style but I'm doing pretty much the same thing so... Tiny's been focusing on her null reads and isn't really talking about her suspicions. Refa's post restriction seems a little convenient, and not as consistent as it could be, but I might just be paranoid; if it came down to it I wouldn't lynch him.
  16. FE6 is a game where bases>>>growths. Don't avoid prepromotes; unlike FE7 where most of them are pretty meh, they save you a lot of time since their unpromoted counterparts aren't usually terrific to begin with, e.g. HM Bonus!Klein outranks Wolt and Dorothy by far. Drop Marcus a few chapters after you get Zealot, he's not nearly as good in FE6. Lilina is a gamble- her speed growth is awful, but if you rig or if she's blessed she's easily your MVP. Lugh is safer but doesn't have the phenomenal magic growth. If you have room, try using both of them. Swordlock isn't nearly as detrimental in this game, since swords can actually hit things. Personally, I would go Echidna over Bartre, since she has more balanced weapons ranks and decent skill, though her con might not be the best for axes.
  17. There are more investigative roles than just cop; I'm in one of those. I'm not very familiar with this version game, so I assumed that outing myself early would be fine since there are a lot of protecting roles? Apparently not, since I was roleblocked last night, while trying to investigate TinyGoddess. On the first night, I investigated Mancer, who performed no actions, so I'm assuming he's a townie, since the mafia unsuccessfully tried to kill someone on night 1.
  18. Ah, my bad, I took it seriously. ##Unvote
  19. I know from my role that Mancer isn't scummy, and if I'm telling the truth I'm obviously not scum. Mitsuki said during the last round that one of the potential lynchees was scummy, so it's logical to assume that they would vote, since one vote for someone else means one less vote for them, and Balcerzak is the only one that had a vote against him and voted for someone else.
  20. I have it on good authority that Mancer isn't scum, and scum typically vote to deflect suspicion, the only one other than Corinthian (i.e. me) who voted and was voted against is Balcerzak. ##Vote: Balcerzak.
  21. I was totally paying attention Nomad Trooper!Garret and... Pegasus Knight! I'm not entirely sure why I would do that to myself either.
  22. I thought FE6 used the same system as the other GBA games...? Set promotion gains are a bit too low for my taste.
  23. Shh let's ignore that for the sake of actually usable Sophia oops Myrmidon!Sue then (yeesh dat recruitment cost but I really need earlygame units)
  24. Dancer!Lilina (what a waste of the Str/Mag growth) and WK!Hugh. Real talk though what if someone rolled Mamkute!Sophia?
