I get my money teaching high school band. I'm big on the Arts and Fine Arts, so it's a part of everything I do. ;) Plus my site's out of the red (and actually doing very well this year), so I didn't have to pay for the site out of my own pocket at all, and had a bit more I could splurge with. Oh hey, look what just arrived...

:) I'll dig up the photo of my collection as of 1 year ago, and everyone will realize it's never too late to go all-in on a collection.Is that painting one of Nikki's? Pretty sure I recognize it and her painting style. I love her stuff! So much for me being done collecting until 2016... I couldn't sleep last night, which resulted in me buying Gaiden (NIB) on eBay. Oh, and Thracia Deluxe is arriving today, the Akaneia Chronicle Memorial Book is arriving tomorrow, and that Making Of book should be here by the end of the month.

I'd love to see it, if you don't mind. :) Been aggressively building up my own collection, and while I'm probably done for 2015, I'm already looking forward to expanding it next year. I love seeing others' collections and discovering things I still need and sometimes didn't even know existed!

I got Monshō no Nazo (Mystery) and Thracia 776 Deluxe recently, and am just waiting for the new "Making Of" book and the Akaneia Chronicle Memorial Book to come in before taking an updated photo. Then that should be it for me for a while, probably until February.You should! I like seeing everyone's collections, especially when they remind me of things I still need. :P

OK, I went ahead and took an updated picture, even though I have three items coming in later this month that I was originally planning to wait for. The only new thing since my previous post is that all the games, boxed amiibo, and most of the soundtracks are now housed in plastic protectors from RetroProtection. Closeups:

I've since obtained, purchased, or pre-ordered the following: The 100 Song of Heroes collection from the 25th Anniversary Concerts The Tharja statue from Good Smile The Akaneia Chronicle Memorial Book (en route) The 25th Anniversary Making Of Fire Emblem book (pre-order) The Cordelia statue from Good Smile (pre-order) Also, the Tellius map poster shown in the photo has since been framed and mounted to a wall (not this same wall; this is my dining room, which had the biggest table for me to hold everything for a picture). I also technically have a third set of NIB Fire Emblem amiibo figures in my possession, but that is for a near-future giveaway on my site. Close up photos of smaller portions of my collection can be seen on my site's Instagram. I'll probably take an updated photo of my collection at the end of the month or beginning of next, once those two books arrive. Hoping to order some Retro Protection cases and a glass display case for everything, but I'm not in a huge rush.

Yeesh. And I thought I felt overwhelmed spending what I am on Fire Emblem merch, including $300 on those three combined ($200 of which was on the crystal last month). ...on the flip side, this serves as justification for me to let myself spend a little more. Dang it.

One says the 25th (but according to a site translation, there's also a mention of 24:00 or something like that...), and the other says early August.

It's not the Nohr version. I opened up one of my copies to find out. It's a different remix of it, seems to be the same vocal recording but different orchestration and arrangement. I'm sure when a full OST is released commercially, we'll get the Nohr version.

Apologies in advance... don't hate me too much... Marth - Pre-ordered at GameStop in September with the rest of Wave 1, but then TRU had a 3-for-30 sale on Day 1, so I ended up getting all 12 there and canceling 11/12 of my GameStop orders. Kept the extra Marth since I knew he'd be rare, figuring I'd keep one boxed for my collection, and one to open and use. Ike - Pre-ordered at GameStop in November. But when I went to grab the Lucario pre-order card at TRU in early December, it felt weird pre-ordering just one amiibo on a transaction, so I grabbed the Ike card as well. Again, kept one with the intention of keeping it boxed, and kept the other intending to open and use it. Pre-ordered a third Ike (second at GameStop) in late December hoping to cancel at TRU (and save myself a dollar), but this was delayed until last month. Lucina & Robin - Pre-ordered the bundle of six at GameStop after being first in line on April 2; figuring I'd get one each to open and one each to keep boxed, I pre-ordered both at Walmart as well (I forget when, probably mid-April). --- Now, I'm not a scalper getting all these for profit or anything; like I said, I'd been intending to keep a FE set boxed, and open a set. But I had three Ikes, and I had no need for three. So I decided to do an Ike giveaway on my site. The giveaway is about to end, but after realizing how successfully it was going, I wanted to give away a full FE set. Picked up a Lucina at Target the other Friday while I was getting a Jigglypuff at launch. Two hours later at TRU, when I was lining up to pick up my Greninja pre-order, I picked up another Robin & Lucina. Probably should've grabbed Marth, but I wasn't really thinking. Traded the Target Lucina to a friend of mine who had an extra Ike. Picked up another Marth at Best Buy on Thursday. So now, besides my own two sets, and the standalone Ike I'm currently running a giveaway for, I have an additional, full, third set that I intend to give away together. I don't know exactly when that will be yet, since I'm hoping to find partners/co-sponsors to toss in more Fire Emblem goodies and sweeten the giveaway.

Hey there! Would I be able to pay you for 2 soundtrack CDs if they allow it? I collect game soundtracks, but my Fire Emblem collection is particularly special to me. If they let you get multiple, I'd like to get one extra to keep sealed. If they don't, then you can just send one and the excess funds back. So it'd be: Anniversary CD 2,000円 (x2) Total: 4,000円 Also, I know you said don't worry about shipping, but if a little extra would help to make sure it's well protected so the jewel cases aren't damaged on arrival, let me know and I'll throw in a bit more.
