Since the 2 of us here that aren't making videos seem to be going a lot faster, I think I'll follow suit. Scenario 9: Finally, units that aren't the Grungust. Wasn't too insanely terrible. I forgot that I needed to save a huckebein, but luckily there was one I didn't kill. 4/36 Taking the moon route since I have more than 1 unit on that route. Scenario 10: I was doing pretty well. I even got the battle mastery! Then Alfimie showed up and added 5 turns to my count. 10/46 Scenario 11: Not too hard. I rushed the initial enemies and got the mastery. Katina chain attacked a lot, a feature I forgot even existed due to not playing OG2 in a long time. Tasuku used 2 strategic map attacks. Arado got half his health taken down, but his cheap (In more ways than one) 20 SP guts helped immensely. I was able to get the inspector dude to retreat through Giga Unghia spamming. 10/56 I've currently gotten 56 turns and 8 battle masteries.

I honestly didn't think this chapter would be that easy. God, Kai is broken. 5/32

Does that really count? Phoenix Wright is so popular he's in UMvC despite not actually being a fighter in his own game.

The art style is somewhat off-putting for me. It reminds me of something, but I can't put my finger on it. Z2 originals maybe? Somewhat, but not close enough. I don't like that the battle scenes seem to be trying to emulate the cartoony GBA style. Not that that's a bad thing, but I've gotten too used to FE9 and 10's style. Whatever, people were off-put by Wind Waker's style, and I love that style, so perhaps it'll grow on me.

Goddammit. I thought of that when I saw it as well. Trent has ruined my life more than tvtropes.

I love tvtropes, but the Fire Emblem pages are overrun with people who don't know what they're talking about. I've only seen a few other pages that use subverted incorrectly more. I sometimes wonder why I go onto tvtropes anymore with all the idiots who don't check their facts and are outright false. Then I unintentionally go on a 9 hour tvtropes binge.

I know, and I agree that they're under-appreciated. But you didn't exclude P3 and P4, so I thought I'd point them out.

Just because it wasn't localized doesn't mean its fanbase isn't gigantic. You mean besides Persona 3 and 4? Sakura Taisen, a dating sim/visual novel/strategy game which was one of the reasons I'm learning Japanese right now, Super Robot Wars, a strategy game with the most amazing fight animations, and the other reason I'm learning Japanese, and Treasure Hunter G for the snes, an rpg with a fight system using a grid.

It's really sad that these good, if overrated games are getting backlash.

They look pretty cool. It makes me wish they'd make a game in RD's visual style for the 3DS.

3/22 Finally got my first non-freebie unit.

I never knew about that since this is my first draft. So... Grungust: It's only just hit me that it's going to be my only unit for a large part of the game. whatever, at least it's a super robot. I'll probably switch units around in it since I need to keep Bullet and Kyosuke's level up and Kai's kill rate high. Ganduro: A damn good shield. I'll probably give it to Kyosuke since I don't plan on using Russel and I lack the Alteisen. Katina's Gespenst: I have to take advantage of the 4 part slots if I'll get any use out of it. Koryuoh: Quite possibly my best unit, challenged only by the DyGenGar Wild Wuerger: Not a terrible unit, but kind of underwhelming considering the powerhouse you get at the same time. Boxer-L: A great real robot. I'll likely give it to Tasuku for his guard and accel. R-3 Powered: Hey, it's that one unit I picked because all the other choices were worse. At least it's dodgy. Wild Wuerger L: fully upgraded this might be my best real robot. I'll likely give it to Katina because red. DyGenGar: The unit with the biggest damage output. Slap on a hit rate increasing part, and it'll be a great addition to my team. Wild Falken: Wow, I just realized I have very few ranged unit. Maybe the Wild Falken will thrive due to it's niche. Perhaps it will suck due to it's crappy armor. We'll have to just wait and see. Gespenst mk-II S: It's the best chain attacker in the game, can fly, has great armor and mobility, great terrain stats, has a powerful 15 en 1-4 range P attack, has 4 part slots, not insanely difficult to get, and has a kick so awesome it spawned a meme, is a fucking Gespenst, and is essentially Kai incarnate. The only downside is how late it comes. Free for alls Shutzwald: I never took Radha out of it, so maybe it doesn't suck with a better unit in it. Emphasis on maybe. Huckebein mk. II R: Yeah, I don't think I'll be taking this. It would be awesome to have, but it's just too hard to get. Gunner R: Same. My team isn't terrible. My early game isn't all that great, but I have some nice powerhouses for later on.

3/19 I thought these would be harder to churn out due to using the VBA's recording software and having to sync the video and sound back up, but it's pretty easy.

No. Perhaps I didn't properly word it, but let me give you an example of what I'm talking about. In chapter 3, you have Lee and a free unit. Can you use both the free unit and Lee, or just the free unit?
