Most people are not told when they are Poisoned. That basically gives it away that there is a Poisoner on the very first night, whereas otherwise people would first think of more common killing roles such as Interceptor when there are multiple kills. See GSM, for example. It was slightly different there because the Poisoner ability came from their Djinn, and it wasn't actually their role, but still. @Elieson- That was also a minimafia where half the roles were vanilla. This is a mafia with 14 people in it, with no indication so far that there isn't a Doctor. Also, Bizz was NOT a true Poison Doctor in that her role was not a direct counter to the Poisoner. She directly countered the Hinimizawa Syndrome, which I'm pretty sure happens by itself. Maybe what the Poisoner does is speed the process of the Syndrome along, causing them to die earlier (but still in a delayed death), but her version of Poison Doctor was more, I think, to counter the natural process. Keep in mind that this is all conjecture, but it makes more sense than Bizz being only a direct counter to the Poisoner, because otherwise there would be no reason for the role to lower the Syndrome by three stages. It would just be to remove the Syndrome entirely, or something to that effect. Finally, as Eclipse says, if there is a Poisoner, this Watcher report means absolutely nothing, because the killer wouldn't be visiting the person on the night of their death. And consider that we have both a Tracker and a Watcher. Poisoner is just as good as Ninja to counter those roles. It gives the mafia an additional kill as well, but that might also be necessary if the mafia is small.

How did I change stories? My story, from beginning to end, was that people in another mafia got on my case for overreacting and being too quick to vote others, so I decided not to vote right away. I decided to vote for him afterwards mainly because my randomvote was on Manix and I didn't want it to be there anymore, with what he's saying about not caring if he dies. I'm not quite sure what he's getting at.

But Gold and Silver aren't direct sequels. You know they happened sometime after R/B, but you don't know how much time passed in the middle, or anything else. The plotlines are also pretty disconnected, whereas in BW2, you actually meet the character you played in BW, and he says he's looking for N.

It says any fatal actions performed that night. If there's a Poisoner, the action is performed the night before, so I don't think I'd be able to stop it. I've never read Pokemon TCG Mafia, so I don't remember this. However, Doctor is still a pretty ballsy fakeclaim to make, considering 9 times out of 10 it is the first protective role.

That's true. Let me rephrase. Let this wait for a while to see if anyone CCs me. Also, I misinterpreted what Elieson was talking about with Poisoner. I suppose it's a possibility that the mafia has a Poisoner in addition to their factional kill. So they targeted Eclipse N1 with their factional kill, which I blocked, and Bizz with the Poisoner. So Bizz died N2 and the mafia used their factional kill on Bal. I think this might be more likely than our previous theory about people becoming killers once the Syndrome is fully developed. I think, as with what happened to Eclipse, their role simply changes.

And that's exactly it. If people decide not to vote until they are voting for the person they are 95% sure is scum, you have far less votes to analyze.

There might be a Poisoner who speeds the process along, but I'm thinking it's more likely that the syndrome happens by itself than that it's caused solely by a Poisoner. Also, guys, consider. Don't you think somebody would have CCed me if I wasn't the Doctor? And before you say that there could be no Doctor, this is a game with multiple kills. No protective roles?

It's exactly this. I was thinking of the first possibility I posted, about Safeguard!Kay + Ninja!Mafia, and I typed ninja instead of mafia. Gahh.

Except if you ask if me and Subieko are the same alignment, you'll get No as an answer but won't know for 100% which of us is the mafia. Manix+Subieko/BBM seems best if Psych can't ask about himself.

It's possible that Eclipse progressed to the final stage of the Syndrome. I don't know.

If Subieko is indeed the mass!LR, he should die tonight. In that case, Manix should be lynched. If Psych dies instead, Subi should get lynched. If nobody dies or Manix dies, Psych gets his result and we find out who the last member is.

I admit, I started to panic a bit when I realized that Kay couldn't be the Safeguard and people started to pile their votes back on me. Not because I'm mafia, but because I'm the Doctor and don't want to get lynched. If you're wrong and I'm not scum, you lynch the Doctor.
