I guess this confirms Vulnerary's/Elixrs/Pure Water etc. do still break. They mention staves as a method of HP gain, which makes me wonder if only healing staves are in the game. Probably looking too far into it. Sounds like contrary to the rumours, Javelins, Hand Axes and maybe even Levin Swords are returning, despite the presence of the ranged triangle. Interesting. I'm rather surprised at the lack of mentioning of the Killer Weapons and Moreso the Dragonstones given the lack of DS rank in today's info. Just to add on this, moreso for the lurkers, I've seen confusion regarding the term "Simulation RPG" with some Western gamers confusing the term with things such as VNs and Simulation Games. This is not the case, Simulation RPGs is the Japanese name for what we refer to as Strategy or Tactical RPGs. I know most people here know that, but I've seen confusion directed at said claim by visitors here.

Ah yes, FE has been rather stagnant. As someone who likes the formula, I'm happy with that, but not all change is bad. For all my outcry on the new changes, the new Weapons Triangle sounds great and The quote-unqoute Waifu Emblem was actually a pretty nice touch. I do wonder how Kaga's departure lead to a consistent formula as well.

For those questioning Maids/Butlers in the game, wouldn't they have to have some sort of protection. I mean, they're in the middle of a bloody war, and both family's heads are on the other's chopping block. If the gaurds fail, which, seeing as this is an FE Game is inevitable, they may be needed as a last ditch attempt. Also, what really differentiates Maids from Clerics. Maids appear to similarly be clerics with a form of self defense, while Butler appear to be more along the Jagen side. It's not like we haven't seen similar classes before, hell many of said classes are returning in this game, these classes are simply more powerful versions. Not unlike Aqua as a Songstress.

I love the new maid class, and really like Felicia thus far. Also, wasn't Cherche technically a maid? And these new classes don't seem too out of the ordinary. I mean, it's about damn time we see Royalty actually live like Royalty,

I'm surprised people find this overly complicated. It's simply the overlapping of the two triangles, with bows and knives in the fray, with minor buffs and debuffs. I like it! :)

To add to this, Magic would burn through the bow, would it not? I mean, even if it isn't wooden, that string is probably damn fragile.

As much as I love durability, and I'm glad to see it return for staves, I never fully understood why Dragonstones broke.

A part of me hazards to say they won't, granted, with the nerfs, it could happen. TBH, I thought Brave's were a goner but look what happened.

FE15 should have a new Weapon Triangle that parallels the three magic types too! :) Yeah, The ninja's could be of the trio archetype in retrospect.
