  1. It just looks... what!? Face rubbing? Dressing up Camilla in a Jester hat and Fox tail? Bathinghouses? I really, really don't get it. But limited/more expensive weapons and raids are cool. But as people have said, this is looking more like a social game and less like a Fire Emblem game. Granted, I like social games, but I play FE for the strategy. Either way, amiibo support is cool and we may find out more on the strategy aspects by Tuesday/Wednesday.

  3. Well, Supports have pretty much been confirmed with Kamui's new skill! Not sure about S though. As many have said, paired endings both romantic and platonic are a distinct possibility.

Sorry, I was under the impression that maid/butler was a pre-promoted class, and since most Nohr characters have yet to truly be revealed, at the moment, many of those exclusive to both sides appear to be promoted. So far, I think that Marx and Leon are pre-promoted, and Camila's up in the air dependent on whether Revenant Knight is promoted or not. Not sure about Elise as I'm not sure whether Rod Knight is a base class or a 2nd tier promoted one. But there seems tobe more pre-promoted units revealed thus far for the Nohr path (Granted they haven't revealed enough characters in general for the nohr path)
  5. Fair enough. Anyhow, yeah that's really high. My only hope is their keeping it high so it can be punished by the new weapon system, but even there it undermines the purpose of the system in the first place. Bizarre. I'm glad they're limiting grinding, but this seems too high.
  6. Let's be optimistic. That's the Nohr route, right? And most Nohr units are pre-promotes. What's to say that isn't the case with Kamui?

  12. Speaking of level design, I'm curious if the FE7 weather mechanics are returning given Nohr's harsh weather. Also, FOW maybe?
  13. My fear is a unit's statistics will be too good to the point that it renders the weapon debuffs useless. I also fear that pair up will still be unbalanced.
  14. Yeah, I think Oboro's female too. I also think it's a good trade off, but hope that stats are lower this time around so to allow a larger impact of the debuffs. I geuss parallel seals will play into this somewhat.
  15. What's to say strategist isn't a mounted tactician? Odd name, interesting class.
  16. I think there's a shield gauge that depletes over time until they can't guard. Hopefully the number is balanced so it's not too little nor too much.
  17. Makes sense. Where do Levin Swords/Light Brands Lie? They're both magic and sword (at least the light brand is)
  18. The Pegasus Warrior Info is Interesting, but I wonder if later promotions are gender locked or not (Revenant for Female, Falcon for Male) and secondary weapons, bows. Wow! Also, you CAN lose on Phoenix mode... good. However, this new reclass info confuses me. It's effectively the amalgamation of the SD and Awakening systems with 2 class tress as opposed to 3. right? Like in SD, you don't lose your level. This is good and bad for a game with limited EXP. It's good that you can't reset levels and grind, but I'm curious what's stopping someone from reclassing into a class with higher growth rates, then classing back to base.

  20. I liked how Seize required a bit more usage of your lord in the levels. Also, yes they are available, and it hasn't stopped me from playing those ways before, but we have seen said modes implemented in other games before so it would be rather nice to see all maps with the added objective of a certain # of turns or a certain way to work with permadeath so it stays permanent. Again, if Phoenix is an option, and it seems these modes can be added in to appeal to a certain demo, I think a game imposed challenge mode would be nice; Then again, I may be too optimistic.
  21. Let's say I'm not in favour of the return of the Catria archetype, but if its back, no harm, n foul. It's not that I dislike it, it's just the logic issues surrounding it.
