I'm in the camp that believes that the final DLC will probably be released around the month of October, at least I hope so.

I've been thinking about this and maybe making the children come from alternate dimensions or such might be the better solution. Regardless, it is practically certain in my eyes that the localisation team is going to alter the plot of how the children characters came to be in some ways.

On the male side, I voted more for Ryoma, Xander and Takumi. As for the female side, Hinoka, Rinka, Kinu, Charlotte and Oboro were the ones I voted for.

So I was thinking, once the character popularity contest will be over, how do you guys think the DLC will be handled? Will we have Scramble episodes like Awakening that split the first and second generations or will it focus this time on both again the Hoshido and Nohr sides for the characters?

Should it be wise for us to put a voting poll about which route we prefer considering that several of us have not played the game yet? (Unless its just me who hasn't played it.)

I've been voting a bit more for Hinoka so far. To be honest, I hope to see at least one Hoshido girl in the top list. :3

I would not be surprised if the game receives the woolseyism translation treatment. An example from this type of translation that was beneficial in my mind is how Zelgius explained his surviving his duel against Ike in Radiant Dawn. In the japanese version, it was said that the reason why he survived was because his warp powder malfunctioned, while the localized version had Zelgius explained that he let Ike win.

No, for me just because a game may have some fanservice, it does not mean that said game will be terrible at all.

Personally, I don't exactly trust Kotaku, so I will rather wait for an official confirmation from Nintendo themselves before jumping to conclusions. Besides, if there is a special or limited edition coming, I am going to try and get it.

I suppose we will find out once the game is out, it is possible also that depending on the characters with whom Kamui has strong supports that extra chapters or scenes could be unlocked in the game, but maybe I'm just overthinking things.

I've yet to decide which path I will be playing first, but I do however plan to play both of them around the same time.
