    Celica's max stats are 39/32/33/22/22, which isn't bad. If you give her Swift Sparrow 2, neutral Celica gets 94 wins with only 1 loss at full health with Ragnarok, which is pretty insane. She one rounds Hector, M!Robin, and... a lot of common people. L&D3 gives 4 more wins, but at the cost of Enemy Phase (but does it matter). More importantly, L&D doesn't give that many more notable one-shots, so you just take more damage for no point if you're gonna run Renewal to go along with it.

    I'm considering whaling a little bit to get another Celica... Though, I'll burn through the Gauntlet orbs first.

    Indeed, I just slapped Celica's neutral stats onto Lilina, put on the Ragnarok boosts, and ran Swift Sparrow. 94 wins. L&D gets like 4 more but it's not worth the extra losses on EP (almost a dozen more).

    Hrm... 33 Spd goes up to 38 after Ragnarok, which is pretty respectable. Fury will outdamage Renewal when combined with Ragnarok, though. Perhaps Life and Death? That'd basically turn her into Red Kagerou lol. She already is pretty frail though, it seems. Y'know, probably not. 17 Def and 17 Res won't be surviving much, especially since it can't be circumvented via Desperation or something.

    Meet the family. Lucina is +2, Alm and Ogma are +1. Effie and Sharena are upgraded. I also had one more Jaffar, a Donnel and an Ursula, all sacrificed.

    Though, their Cipher inclusion was about the same time TMS released in Japan, and was probably done to promote the game. Since it's sold the way it has and received the reviews it has, IS might be less keen.
