Nope, that it doesn't, apparently. They seem to be fixed when a chapter/battle is loaded, so when you reset the entire chapter growths change, but not if you Turnwheel. Or the Turnwheel just saves the growths, maybe.

Oh, I guess that could work. Your defense team is pretty much my offense team lol: Lucina/Julia/Azura/Reinhardt. I usually just take out Azura for the bonus unit if I need to.

If it gets too bullshit, since summon numbers are RNG, you can actually use Mila's Turnwheel to reverse the enemy phase, and when the Summoner does his thing it actually rerolls the RNG for how many idiots he brings out.

I'm not sure how good that would be. It'd probably end a deathless run or two, maybe? I tried running Kagerou/Azura/Ninian/Reinhardt before, and it didn't seem to do too well.

My defense team is basically "which one is gonna one-shot you first?" featuring Azura and Lucina. And not even I know the answer to that question, since I can't play against my own team. Since my Lucina also has Swap, trying to kill Kagerou might actually be kinda hard depending on what the AI does. Especially now she has Vantage.

She's +Spd -Def, with the Atk +1 Seal. +Spd actually (barely) edges out +Atk once the Atk +1 seal is added.

Resource-wise, there's absolutely no way you're a lower tier player. The things you have at hand are very clearly above average (even if those natures are a bit unfortunate). I play at the 680 range (which your team should be in, but I'm too lazy to math) in Advanced, and I don't meet the kind of teams you're describing. Draw Back and Renewal are pretty common I guess, but they're not hard to play around. 690 is when those things start to show up a lot, but I don't think your team is in that range.
