  1. That map took me 50 turns. 50. I was playing on Hard, and I was playing blind, so maybe I don't have to feel as bad, but it took me 50 turns. Anyone who tried to approach the fort would just get pelted by a billion arrows and die, especially from the Snipers; not even Valbar would survive. Eventually I just gave up on trying to play this thing fast, and just had Leon constantly bait Archers until most of them were dead, and I could have the other people safely go in. Even that took forever, because lol 20 Avoid on every single tile.
  2. That might be one of your obstacles to winning deathless; the dancer is never ever the person you take out first, because there's no physical way to do so without losing a unit. Rather, you have to be prepared for (and take out) the unit that the enemy dancer is going to dance; after that, the dancer is usually too far away to dance other enemies. It's not a random guess, especially if you've played enough to notice AI patterns and through trial and error. If a unit moves, and one of your units ends up in its final attack range, the dancer will always try to dance it if it can, so generally speaking you'll find yourself facing either a cavalry unit or a ranged unit (or a cavalry ranged unit) first. If the enemy team has multiple of those, the answer may be fuzzier, but it's still very doable. If you're unsure, it's generally safe to just wait and see, because of how far ahead the danced unit will go.
  3. By not being low tier, I mean that if your score range is about 680, then the resources you have at hand are not low tier. Which means, you have the tools to be able to fight other teams with four 5* level 40s. What even is your team though? What do you define as a p2w team? Well, whenever that thread comes up I guess we could try to help you.
  4. Y'know, maybe you should participate in the Arena analysis thing Othin suggested. I'm honestly puzzled by how you keep losing outright. Even if deathless might be hard, I find it very hard to be forced into an unwinnable situation. Heroes is more about quick decision-making instead of the long term planning and memorization of normal FE games, but surely, after all this time of playing this game, you should have picked up some patterns. Lower tier players don't go up against perfected P2W that often, so it should be easier to get deathless to begin with. If you're in the 680 score range where skill inheritance is common and the monsters all come out, then you're not a lower tier player.
  5. I used to do that, but I find it to just be a waste of time. If I reset my streak on the first day, then I still have like 5 days to get a new deathless streak. It's only if I'm halfway through the week that I start using crests.
  6. I mean, it's kinda in the spirit of Fire Emblem. You get punished for deaths.
  7. With a Dancer and two good ranged attackers (doesn't matter if they're mages or bows/daggers, but generally mages see more success), deathless runs are pretty easy. The only hard part is lugging around a bonus unit that doesn't mesh with your core and also can't take a hit. I always forfeit if a match isn't deathless, since that run is pointless anyway.
  8. It's not like the healer will even start with said staff lol. @Rezzy Yeah, don't wanna cheese Arena.
  9. What if they put the Latona staff in the game, and it basically acts like a Light's Blessing (full HP restored, Specials charged), but it can't revive and the healer dies
  10. In all honesty +Spd -Res is actually alright. Her natural Res is overkill, while +Spd brings her to a respectable 31. Darting Blow will help with some doubles.
  11. Yeah, same. At least people can pick up their feathers. LOL
  12. Sharena is better than Ultimate Oboro tbh @Vaximillian
  13. Oh, I actually have 5* Sharena. I was talking about the other two. And well, here: Not pictured: 5* Donnel fed to Effie, 5* Jaffar fed to Kagerou The merged dudes are all just +1
  14. Of course you have a lot of things to do if you double all of them lel. What I said was, I let you have those ten 5*s. Speaking of the starter lords, maybe I should burn my 20k feathers on one of them after all.
  15. It's no fun if you just stop playing because of the discouragement from zero 5*s... Hue
  16. All of this is wrong because he can't get 5*s ever; I swipe them from under the orbs in the summoning screen before he can click them.
  17. As soon as that one fucking map took me 50 turns I gave up on this lol.
  18. Both. You have to use the weapon enough to actually get the skill, then keep said weapon equipped (or another item that has the same skill) to actually use the skill. For example, let's give Catria the special Javelin Saunion, which has three skills: Swap, Defensive Stance, and Arc Ballista. Catria has to keep using Saunion to unlock all three skills for it, which will take a while. Swap is also learnt from the Leather Shield, and Defensive Stance can be learnt from the Steel Shield. If Catria equips the corresponding shield, she can use Swap or Defensive Stance depending on the one she's holding, but cannot use Arc Ballista, as it is exclusive to Saunion.
