Effective against certain weapon types

I downloaded the update and the DLC and now it won't let me load my save. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

My guess would be like the Master Sword in Hyrule Warriors. Once you unlocked the first upgrade there was another that required even more kills. So I can picture having to get 10k+ kills on a weapon with True Power unlocked to get Mantle.

Probably. I would guess other DOC characters will have them too. The ones already in the files are for characters who can at least show up right now.

I seem to remember that a couple of the DLC characters didn't have weapons listed (Tharja, Olivia, Azura) but I could be wrong. Ones I remember: -Armored Axe -Healing Axe -Gungnir -Wing Spear -Divinestone -Anna's Bow -Wo Dao -Missiletainn Plus the ones you mentioned. I think there was an Oboro's Lance, too. Not sure on that.

Either not out in North America yet or I'm missing something. Real shame, been waiting for this patch.

Yeah, 3DS is the version I have. Real pain in the neck. I'm also noticing really bad slowdown now. It definitely wasn't this bad before the update.

The update seems to have messed with swapping between characters via the shoulder buttons (in menus, like when applying crests). Now it tends to jump 2-3 characters instead of 1 when I'm trying to go through applying crests.

Still no update for me on 3DS.

Yeah, I hadn't thought of those but I can see them working.

I'd like Light from FE7. It's the last chapter, with Morphs of major bosses and all those rooms where one opens every turn.

That's unfortunate. Just seems weird they'd have them in HW but not here. Maybe they had too many of one element or something and didn't want to unbalance it. There do seem to be a lot of Lightning characters.

So, do we know what the specific elemntal effects are yet?

I got a weird audio desync in an early cutscene, a softlock in Ch. 1 (was trying out Lucina, and went to switch back to Lianna when Lucina announced she was leaving. This somehow left me controlling Lucina and unable to switch back to Lianna. I couldn't finish the level because of it) and I had a crash when moving to the convoy after applying crests. Went to a character's profile, they had a bugged-out looking portrait and then the game locked up.

Most reviewers are trash at their job anyway. I'd take anything they say with a shaker of salt.

I would have been okay with DLC announced for one of the games that actually needs more representation, even.

I want to see Ashnard as DLC. Flyer with an enormous sword and an even more enormous mount.

You pick one the first time you summon him, then get the other the next time. The third time he leaves and you can go beat him up to recruit him. I should add, since I don't think it was mentioned, if you put an amiibo character in charge of a shop, they'll sell weaker versions of their unique weapons.

http://imgur.com/a/knBM9 has most of the game's accessories, with a few missing. First 6 are from Lucina, Ike, and Robin. Nothing in there about Marth's though.

Hopefully Gamestop doesn't take too long to ship them out.
