1. If reclass comes back remove class-gender restriction period (other than priest verus cleric or something like that) I want my male pegasus knight and troubadours and my female barbarians and fighters
2. For the love god trinity of magic come back, with light magic being the most accurate, lowest might with decent critical rates, anima being the middle, and dark being the least accurate and most powerful, with gimmick effects
3. Status are pretty cool and I kind of wish they could come back adding some new ones (maybe even postive ones would be cool)
4. Monks/Sisters (not fe4/fe5 styles sisters just female equivilant of monks), bishops, (playable) soldiers and halberdiers
5. More avatar customization, at the least skin color, also clothing and personality customization would be cool.
6. Also if we start in a unique class let us choose are weapon type, if we don't let us choosing are starting class.
7. Lots of dialogue options some that actually mean something
8. I like fe13 pairing system and I would kind of like it back, maybe with a gen 2 as well (maybe a different story than just tagging alone to gen 1's story), though would prefer if all females were pair able with all males that exist at the same time (unless they want to lgbt stuff or incest block which I fine with that, I don't have to high hopes for gay and lesbian pairings because japan and LGBT things are kind of weird.
9. Remove or Nerf galeforce (ideally change it so that it has an activation rate instead of always activating, perhaps Speed%)
10. Good protagonists, a non-mary sue avatar (though considering the entire point of the avatar is a wish fulliment fantasy I doubt that will happen) and a lord who has a personality (The more I think about the more I realize that none of the lords in any fire emblem has had a good personality)

Monks (with sister as a female equilivent) and Soldiers like most people, and I hope you actual get a character that STARTS as a Bandit this time we haven't had that since fe6 it's about freaking time
-
I alway theorized the reason the lack of real multiplayer in FE13 might be the fact the game couldn't handle 4 characters in the battle at once (making both sides be paired up impossible) without noticeable lag (in fact IIRC I noticed some lag with 2 or more manakete). Assuming my theory is correct we could still get a FE11/12 style multiplayer if either there is no pair-up allowed or multiplayer is 3DS new only (Or regular 3DS can only do multiplayer with no pair-up and 3DS players can do both
-
Huh... they never ripped MU map sprites?
Or the generic enemy map sprites or mugs
-
It also appear generic NPC head models have blue palettes maybe you were meant to control generics at one point or places holders to prevent the game to crash with hackers?
EDIT: What is this for?
http://i.imgur.com/Af1J2mO.png
There's one in black and white too
Also assuming the game somehow changes the hair color for the kids and my units different hair colors (it would seem odd it change color for those but all the those reppetive textures for the different armies

Can we actually take advantage of poison? It's a pet-peeve of mine when strategy RPGs that don't give all the tools they enemy has (or Vise versa.
P.S. I would consider you a god if you make so that enemies could take advantage of dancing
-
It could be a brightness overlay; that's just my guess anyway.
Good catch, Sully does have a Hero sprite, but not Yen'fay to my knowledge.
What about Stahl he has myrmidon too.
P.S. Can you show us the unused hero sprites that would be great

Random question about a situation
Lets say you have Falcon Knight with equipped with a shockstick and Lancefaire, would the +5 magic from Lancefarie affect staff range and healing

http://serenesforest.net/fe13/location_sword.html
In this page Larcei's team has a brave sword, they don't -
I always found how limit Chrom was in support partners to be a little odd, but if you think about it some his restrictions make sense Cordelia is meant to a unrequited love, Cherche joins after the cutoff point, and it would be odd of Lucina to be Manakate or Taguel so it makes sense that Nowi or Panne can't pair with him, but Tharja and Miriel don't have any excuse. One might argue that Tharja is a little... eccentric but Miriel is relatively normal by comparison to some of the other characters, and its not because their Magic users, Mariabelle is a magic users and hinders Lucina's strength more then Miriel or Tharja would.

When I can name everyone in FE13 class sets off the top your head

I've played FE2 and it was a while ago but I'm pretty sure soldiers can use ranged lances. The javelin may only be available on Celica's route but items can be moved between the two teams
Can you check just to make sure, and if you can post a screen shot of a Soldier using a Javelin that would be great
-
Not sure this deserves its own topic but according the notes on this page on Fire Emblem Wiki (not the most accurate site I know) Soldiers in FE2 are unable to use ranged lance none of Serenes forests FE2 pages makes mention of this as far as I can tell and I feel this might be worth mentions in the Javelins descriptions on the lance page if this is true.
Would anybody be willing to test this (apparently Javelins are only found of Cecilia's past and the fastest way to get a soldier on her past would be promoting Atlas into one)
-
I pick sully because she seemed bad ass and she seemed the only girl who was symlatistally sane and interesting

I like to be as hipster as possible with my pairings
KjellexInigo
LucinaxBrady
NoirexOwain
NahxYarne (Not hipster but pairing a dragon with a bunny is to tempting to pass up)

Both: 10/10 (without Bias)
-1 Bias for being too Broken
Both: 9/10 (with Bias)

I sort of
recentlynoticed in the barracks... if FeMU is Lucina's mother and you get her in the barracks, she'll say "Hello, Mother." and then the usual text... does that happen with MaMU's other children (as in, not Morgan) if you get them in the barracks? I'm referring to the lower screen, if that's not obvious.Actually depending on the kid the text they give with you as their father is unique , actually some Lucina's Mother Barracks Greetings are different then the normal greetings for example
Lucina (Midday) Normal: Hello, Robin. I'm just on my way out
Lucina (Midday) Child: Hello, Mother. Here to rest? I'm just on my way out

I think the logic behind Cordelia class set is that it is the only combination that allows her to use every weapon type (and dark magic) reflecting her "genius" persona, that and this might be stretch but I have a feeling that the developers knew that the Pegasus Knight, Dark Mage, and Mercenary class trees were the best in the game and decided to mock the player with the fact that if Cordelia could marry Chrom it would be the best pairing for him
From a practical stand point the most useless class tree on a character is mage on Libra sense it only adds one class (He gets Dark Knight from Dark Mage and Sage from Priest) and two crappy skills.
-
Gen 1: Stahl, Virion, Lon'qu
Gen 2: Severa (I really can not stand her)
-
I would say the most cannon couples are:
ChromxSumia
LissaxFrederick
SullyxStahl
VirionxCherche
VaikexMiriel
MaribellxRicken
GaiusxPanne
CordeliaxDonnel/Kellam
NowixGregor
LibraxTharja

Playable Soldiers/Halberdiers
in Fire Emblem Fates
Posted
I want halberdiers back because it was weird to me that in FE13 that we had a tier 2 infantry class that only uses Swords (Swordmaster) a tier 2 infantry class that only uses Axes (Berserker), a tier 2 infantry class that only uses Bows (Sniper), a tier 2 infantry class that only uses bows and a tier 2 infantry class that only uses tomes (Sorcerers, remember magic isn't it's own weapon rank) but their is not tier 2 infantry class that only uses Lances (infant the only non-armored infantry lance using classes we get in FE13 are the Villager, the bride and the Great Lord) it's really noticable when the class they give lancefaire to is the falcon knight. Halberdiers fill a niche that while doesn't need to be filled is still nice to have.
