Okay, even putting aside your comments, instead of acting this way and being passive-aggressive and confrontational, how about you add to the conversation by giving reasons as to why you personally think her supports are good. After all, this is a support quality thread.

what about her support with laslow? She was concerned about him genuinely? Amirite? Or amiwrong? Anyone?

Anyway it looks like Silas has a ok support with Mozu. And from what I have seen above Beruka. I'll read that support later thanks.
Orochi is just no. Kagero is okay, but she seems to be too weird imo. Azura is meh, just waifu bait and has horrible stats.

I really like Jakob and Azura's supports. Though I still love how Jakob is rude to everyone but royalty, its me, the character.

Really cool that we have dual wielding now, even though its Sword Master only with that one weapon. Hopefully it gets expanded upon later so that we get more dual wielding even if its just for appearance. Would love to see dual wielding axes or daggers.
Its a sword master thing with lots of weapons, just not the weapons that say "sword" or "katana" in singular form.

Silas is a judgemental jerk in his supports with Azura, Kagero, and Orochi too? Goodness does Silas have any good supports with women? I am seriously starting to wonder.
Tbh I dont blame silas, a lot of those women are annoying.

I was under the impression that they were shipped together because their dads were. However, I must say that Soleil x Ophelia is one of the most disturbing supports I've read in the entire series however, since Ophelia is very clearly not interested and is even driven to tears in the B-support. At the very least, Soleil recognises that she messed up, but it shouldn't have gone that far to begin with.
All this hate for soleil, and while she does have her problems as a character, I still love her and always will. Now to add her to my PVP team eventually, cause she deserves it, *pets the cute waif*

For the longest time I remember hearing nothing but people talking about Soleil/Ophelia and other supports of hers with females like they were ten times better than any she had with males. I was never interested enough to check, but it seems I should've known better; however much Treehouse tried to salvage her more controversial supports (and even then they're only 'meh' level now, nowhere near great), it doesn't seem to be able to make up for how terrible she is with the other girls and her own mother. Not to mention the fact that they gutted her male supports for no reason; I'm willing to bet none of them could possibly be as bad as that Ophelia one (
and I can't believe people would ship that over some of her better supports, like Kiragi...or what used to be her S rank with Kiragi...). I find it sad that after all that whining others did over the Japanese Soleil controversy, I actually miss some of her better written Japanese supports over what we were ultimately given; I appreciate what they tried to do with Corrin, but I could care less about that one and wish they'd left it alone if it meant her other supports wouldn't have been sacrificed. I guess she was never going to be anything more than a disappointment no matter what. Depressing, since I liked her character design from day 1, only to be a badly done trope... :<I'm also not a fan of most of Jakob's, but even though he's still mean to Felicia, I can appreciate Jakob/Felicia a little more than the others since there's a bit of familiarity between them that he lacks with other women, which makes me think that theirs is more realistic in that he'd be condescending but very willing to help her out with her maid skills. To the point that he considers any failure of hers a failure of his, and he won't give up on her till she achieves her dream of being a better maid. Doesn't excuse him still being a general jerk, but I found it to be more in character than his supports with most of the other women, who he lacks any familiarity reason to be so condescending to on the outset. That, and his non-jerkass supports were with people I preferred with others, so its the next best thing for me I guess.

nd while I don't hate them perse, I do find Xander/Charlotte and Takumi/Oboro to be very overrated and overdone in general.I'll probably have more when I find more...

I'm so glad someone else shares my sentiment. I really don't like this support. Seriously, the harassment isn't okay just because they're both girls. What's worse is that I've legitimately seen people say that they ship them together and it makes me cringe.
And whats wrong with people shipping two female characters together for fun? Nothing. Its the internet, and they're not real.

Male if u want to marry a specific character, female for Jakob, since he can actually fight in the early chapters. Unlike a useless maid.

The whole samesex stuff is just stupid imo. They should just leave the characters the way they are M/F. I think the incest is really weird as well.

I honestly like Niles. Interesting (if sometimes disturbing) character, great unit, sexy man with a sexy voice, the whole nine yards.
However, I don't know how long it will take IS to figure out that allowing MU to marry any member of the cast regardless of gender is a good way to go. It's simple: Just make Corrin pop the question in the S Support, have some awkward "but you're a dude/chick and I'm a dude/chick" stuff (like Niles x M!Corrin in Japanese) and then an eventual acceptance to the proposal. Boom.

I don't get you... I am in complete agreement with DanMan here most of the Vets here are praising this game and most of the people who are disappointed with it seem to be people who's favorite game is awakening. Besides the localization purists ("censorship" activists), who are and will alway be the whiners, those whiners you speak of don't exist. Those of us you have actually played the game are currently liking/loving it what more do you want... Story Praise? I am sorry I can't say I like any fire emblem story (I only like 3 of them 4,7,9) without summoning its haters (even FE 9 has haters here) if you wanted story love you have come to the wrong place. I feel like people lassing out against a controversy that never happened, getting ready to fight a war they already won.... We Like The Game! Unless your just talking about the localization purists then I agree... Whiners the lot of them...
Fire emblem has never had strong story, but really the Corrin complaints make no sense. Corrin is made to be very easy to make it seem like you, so theres no need for that much customization. And imo robin was the exact same thing.

I didn't mean to imply I hate Tharja (I don't like her, but I don't hate her either), merely disappointment that the only F/F option is a clone of a previous character instead of a more original one.
My heart is forever broken that I can't date the cute maid and instead am stuck with a rude butler.

Yes, yes, this is my sentiment exactly. Since they can literally only marry Kamui, why not allow them to marry both? Also, I wish Joker and Felicia were options. Both of them give off romantic vibes no matter what Kamui you pick, imo, so it'd be nice.
oh my gosh. I would love to be able to marry Jakob, he reminds me of myself. Also havent people been wishing Inigo/Laslow was a choice?

Deleted. I got to like CH 22 in birthright and realized the game just doesn't have the depth in pairings that Awakening did and lost a lot of interest in all of it.
Pairings don't make a game. And I liked a lot of them. The strategy gameplay is why most people play FE.

Meh War is war. I actually liked how she taunted Hinoka. At least Camilla actually acts like the Hoshido are her enemies. Kamui's whole "I will be the bridge between both worlds and find a way to peace even after I betrayed my birth family" case isn't really that strong. Supposedly he hasn't killed a single enemy yet.
So when I attack somebody and they run out of health what am I doing exactly? Lightly impaling them with my sword?
When you attack someone its like in smash, you hit them and there's no blood haha.
Nah i imagine he's hitting them with the flat end of his blade, if they werent trying to make the poses look cool. It's basic RPG logic where slashing someone dosent make they're blood and appendages spill everywhere.

I dont believe most people here are exactly complaining, we're more talking about the options and that hopefully maybe they can increase the options in later games. Forrest and soleil are better options though but if what we have is final which it probably is I wouldnt really mind. At least its there.
Ah, well I also heard they were putting in more same sex options, but that must have been a big rumor. Kind of upsets me. Not only that but have you seen Corrin and Forrest's support? He says he prefers girls, so wow, thanks Japan.

I don't really think they're bad really, just that to me they're boring. They get the job done anyway. They just aren't worth risking units during a fight where every single move has to be perfect otherwise you risk getting wiped. The RNG gods have not been kind to me in level roll ups early on.
I like Corrin, he looks cool and my Corrin's level ups have been good. But the fact that he never kills anyone in battles and keeps preaching peace makes him boring to me. It would have been better had he realized peace were impossible or was moved to peace after you kill either hinoka, camilla, sakura, or elise but your eldest brothers would essentially try to avenge them meaning it would be too late for peace. That way the third path could focus on peace because you didn't betray either family.

Oh my gosh haha!! That aspect about Corrin not killing anyone was really refreshing to me! Though it makes little to no sense considering his enviroment... Idk I have a thing for pacisfists. Even though I know I would kill anyone I was asked to if I lived in a world like that, Im quite the sadist (Im Niles irl lel).
I just love every piece of conquest so even the little stuff like supports makes me fanboy.
As for my Corrin, he is quite broken, married midori for quick salve and he has astra, profiteer and several other nice skills. Working on Luna but waiting for the damn EXP dlc.

And yes, people can interpret what you write. This thread did not have veterans shunning the game for not being like the older FEs, in fact, everyone was happy. But you had to come in and say how this is apparently a majority and you also insulted the "most of the people here". I have yet to see somebody on Serenes as whiny as a Youtube comments poster, so honestly not only your comment felt out of place, but generalizing, and rude to anyone who might be displeased with this game because it's their own opinion and not some fad to appear cooler and out of the ordinary.
Also, I might've skipped first grade but at least I'm not an asshole like you are.

That backlash was a case of SJWs acting up over a Japanese game apparently not being Western enough. Fire Emblem is a niche series that was redesigned for a different audience than the the SJWs who acted up over that anyway.

I don't know if you've noticed, but Fire Emblem was redesigned to draw more of the animu crowd. And I don't know if you've seen this but same-sex is a noticeable sexual fetish.
You've got that right about people complaining about it after the change, it makes me cringe everytime. Its laughable too.
