  1. Then fucking explain it to me! Just because I don't understand doesn't mean I don't want to listen.

Sometimes I might think I understand when I actually don't, but that doesn't mean I'm not trying to either.

Also, insulting someone is never necessary.

Ana, I legitimately just laid out my entire point on why it's horseshit and you attempted to dismiss it by saying "plenty of people think he did it" and "I don't really understand the situation."

Which doesn't exactly suggest that you're trying to understand the situation. I mean, I agree that I'm tired of all of this, but if it were Big Ben going down for this you wouldn't appreciate me trying to dismiss your point while pretending I'm trying to understand

  2. The thing is, "what happened" involving Tom Brady is absolutely nothing.

The NFL took PSI ratings for EVERY ball, from EVERY game this past season. Don't you think if they actually found something conclusive (unless you think that Ted Wells' findings were actually conclusive, in which case logic is not a part of your repertoire) the NFL would've come out and said "Hey guys! Look, we found out the Patriots cheated based on all of this data we collected!"

What did they actually do with all of that data? Threw it away because it wasn't relevant. Or, reading between the lines, because they found out that Deflategate amounted to a ridiculously drawn-out witch hunt centered on weakening the most successful team of the past 15 years.

Yes, people think Brady cheated. These people just happen to gloss over everything I just mentioned because they want to see the man go down. I kinda understand it too, if I wasn't a Patriots fan I would always root against Tom Brady due to his success.

EDIT: Also, I agree that the NFL needs to change their policy on Mary Jane. I know a few Cowboys fans who agree with that as well LOL

  3. I mean I understand why people don't want to "give it a rest" when the NFL is suspending your team's top player over some make-believe horse manure. However, I've gotten to the point where I realized that Roger was going to get his way eventually due to how the CBA is set up. There was no real chance at a victory here for the side of logic.

Meanwhile, some player on the Jets gets caught driving 130+ mph, WITH weed in the car, WITH a loaded gun, and WITH a 12 year old child in the back seat. 1 game suspension. Plenty of integrity there.

  4. I really think the Jags can win the division as long as the O-line doesn't blow it and the defense doesn't underperform. The offense has a decent amount of talent and I expect it to be utilized in Bortles' 3rd year with the offense. The additions on defense were nice, though a lot of the potential for this unit as a whole will hinge on how well Dante Fowler plays coming off an ACL tear. They could also easily add a quality defensive player via the draft picking at #5

EDIT: the Colts fail to bring in defensive help every year. I don't think Andrew Luck can carry them without a defense that is somewhat competent.

Murray doesn't upgrade the Titans offense at all, for sure. I'm not sold on the defense and their talent at the offensive skill positions will have to make big-time strides.

The Texans could actually throw a wrench in my predictions if Lamar Miller and the defense can carry the team (much like what happened with the Broncos last season.) Osweiler had something like a 3 game stretch where the offense was shut out in the second half. That seems fairly ominous considering his offensive supporting cast has been slightly downgraded from last season (except maybe at O-line.) Lets not forget he was benched for statistically the worst QB in the league.

  5. On a less depressing note,

I'm gonna go ahead and give a super early prediction of the AFC's playoff seeds from this upcoming season. Lemme know how wrong I am n stuff:

    1) Patriots

    2) Ravens

    3) Raiders

    4) Jaguars

    5) Steelers

    6) Broncos

This is rough and I haven't even really looked at schedules or anything like that. With that in mind, I'm obviously a fan of the moves the Raiders and Jaguars have made this off-season. The Patriots were 1 pass to a wide-open Gronk away from tying the best team in the league last year, and they've experienced very little personnel turnover. The Ravens are one of the best in the business when it comes to drafting and I expect them to retool their defense in a big way come April. The Steelers and Broncos will most likely be carried by their offense and defense, respectively, but have huge questions on the other side of the ball.

  6. Yeah, the Factory of Sadness joke has really taken off.

To be fair, I'll never forget that video posted to Twitter of the fans hoping to see the Browns kick a game-winning FG, only to watch the Ravens block it and return it for the winning score. I also remember a video from that game showing a dude tearing his jersey straight down the middle and throwing it on the ground.
