I could understand the disguise thing, but I don't think it makes sense for her to still be mage in the fight when she knows Eremiya might just let her die if she fails.

Dang. So technically he has the highest Magic of any character with a face in that game (atleast on Normal, in Lunatic he's blown out of the water).
Maybe they initially planned to bring him back as well. I would've liked to get Swarm again.

The downloadable chapters take place between Shadow Dragon and New Mystery.
So why does Katarina appear as a Sage there and then later regress to a Mage in the prologue of New Mystery?

I absolutely agree with you on Caeda. I was (am) so scared that she's gonna end up bombing with that str and def growth, but she just keeps on getting it, Thank God. HP, however, is a different story. Wing Spear owns.
Marth...is well, Marth. For some reason I've always had a great experience with him, but I understand that his growths aren't fantastic - but he's actually doing worse than my usual Marths, for some reason. He needs to get that Defense up, but other than that, I agree with you as well. Rapier owns.

Worst: Ike. ...It's so out of place, really. He's got a dog's name. (Mist, I hate to say it, is a runner up, even though I love her.)

Chapters 6 & 6x Done.
Chapter 6 - Took forever due to my having to get enough people killed to draft Athena. Transfigured the remaining Wolfguard into the Priestguard to be slaughtered easier by the hardworking Silver Lance cavalier. Caeda, Julian, and Marth owned this chapter. Julian got alot of free exp by theif hunting, Marth singlehandedly smashed just about everyone. Jagen finally got a level. Yay.
Chapter 6x - Here all of the faceless and unwanted units were carved to pieces. Draug, who had lasted the longest of all of the unwanted, was transfigured into a hunter to be hunted. Got some good levels with Caeda, Norne, and Julian, and everyone circled around North to get Athena, who made a splash and killed the boss.

Wendell is a very good choice for a healer in this kind of run, in my opinion, because he can attack back - with Excalibur.
Anyway, I'll take Arran since I don't plan to use him, so incase the Steel Lance wanted one of them he can get the better one.

Way too many excess units are alive, and killing them off takes time...

Favorite character. Honestly, it seems like they added the gender thing to avoid this. But it doesn't stop it from happening.

Honestly Gharnef would have no need to do that in the first place. What good could a weakling like the Lv 1 Marth do with no political power at all? Both Eremiya and Hardin held the power over people, potentially a great number as well, as Eremiya had time and resources on her hands. I honestly do not think Marth was even worth the trouble in the prologue of Shadow Dragon, unless he was to be taken care of early by Gharnef.
And yeah, just for the record, I agree - Eremiya completely and totally owns Hardin. Hardin just found that his love for a few years had a crush. Eremiya found out that all of the ones she loved for years upon years upon years had been crushed under a burning orphange.
