Paul Stanley is the front man of Kiss and one of the lead vocals. He also wrote most of the hit songs. In that video, he's the guy who tells the people to clap and sing (in his stage persona, The Starchild). He is also my favourite Kiss member. <3 Didn't know he was in the Phantom of the Opera though. Time to get that movie.

EDIT: THE Eye of the Tigrex. I also like Spike Witwicky. But not the one from the new movie, the old one. I always imagined it was him who was singing The Touch. I don't know if I imagined it to be actually him or just imagined Stan Bush to look like him, though. But he does seem like the kind of person to sing that song.
