To Dang Tall

My very first pull was 4* Male Corrin, I also got a 4* Caeda, 4* Subaki, and a 4* Frederick. A pretty decent batch of heroes for my first pull. I also managed to get a 3* Robin and a 3* Eliwood. The only stave user I have is a 4* Maria though, I haven't been using her.

The original Fire Emblem's title was translated to "Fire Emblem: Shadow Dragons and Blade of Light" so them just going with Shadow Dragon made sense. The name of the remake of the sequel was translated Fire Emblem: New Mystery of the Emblem ~Heroes of Light and Shadow~. I don't think will see that com back anytime soon. Echoes has a really nice ring to it for sequels though. I just hope they don't plug an avatar in this time around. It worked for the last two or three games but I don't think it'll fly for this one.

I work nights so I didn't watch it live.Somewhat disappointed there was absolutely nothing on Fates. The Gaiden remake already has my money. Heck if they announce a special collector's edition I might wind up buying two! Nothing really on Warriors or the next installment other than a "we're working on it" that's but kuu do. I'll probably play heroes until all the events get boring or annoying to keep up with. It doesn't sound too microtransaction heavy; actually it sounds kinda like Brave Frontier which is on of few mobile games to ever really get my attention. Probably not going to vote as I can't get a flippin' validation code for My Nintendo.

I'll be disappointed if if we don't get the final Fates DLC. But I'm pretty sure we'll get a little something on FE Warriors, maybe a WiiU or 3DS release? I like Hyrule Warrios so I'll probably pick it up. Still considering on getting a Switch at launch though since their aren't that many enticing titles other than the new LoZ; FE Warrios might sweeten that a little but I don't think it's that far in development . Some remakes of older titles we never got stateside would be nice, or even the Radiant Saga since I didn't check those out when they came out, or the GBA ones for that matter.

I say just wait and hope for the best. I haven't really heard of any talk from new DLC though, but I wouldn't be surprised it any new DLC came out. Although really don't care about amiibo support for Fates specifically since my amiiboholism caused me to buy some FE amiibos.

Laslow/Odin - I felt this one was very sincere. It's nice to see them get along so well and confide in each other. Xander/Hinoka - Xander is usually so earnest. It's nice to see him loosen up a bit and go through all that trouble Hinata/Azura - Hinata is a really good guy, just a little gullible. Arhtur/Azura - Arthur really grew on me. I really liked his selflessness here. I've also like most of the Mozu supports I've seen so far. Is it just me, or is she'll pretty tall?

Ignatius' paralogue is on of the more annoying ones late game. I have to send someone down because he gets picked off to quickly.

Yeah, I could picture that. It also gives me time to grind my characters up and get there supports beforehand. I might even drag myself away from Fates long enough to play something else.

I was wondering if there where any plans to release the Festival DLCs in the West. I could understand why they wouldn't. That seems like it would be a massive butt ton of text to translate and make sound well in English. Granted I just feel a little bit cheated whenever we don't get something that's released in another region. Still though, I already spent a sizable chunk of disposable income buying all the routes and first two map packs and I just want to grab them for the sake of grabbing them.

I think we might still have to wait a while for the festival maps. They had a butt load of dialogue. It's going to take time translating all that. Kind of bating a dead horse here, but U'd like to see some Roy amiibo support but mostly because that's the only FE one own.

I liked Gunter's support with Corrin more than I thought I would. Being his retainer and father figure I expected it to be nice, but it ended being a lot sweeter than I thought it would be; albeit a little cheesy with keeping track if his smiles like that. I also like Xander and Hinoka's support

I actually like Laslow and Hana's support. Not really in terms of character development, but I found it funny as hell. I do agree Hinata and Peri wasn't that good though. I also thought Ryoma and Camilla was especially dull compared to supports between the siblings from both kingdoms.

I was wondering if anyone thinks that they might make another pack of DLC for Fates. I personally wouldn't mind to as the game will continue to eat up my free time for the foreseeable future, but I doubt they will. If they were to do more DLC I would personally like to see a story about Garon's fall from grace. His slowly building melancholy and corruption leading up to his eventual betrayal of Sumeragi. Or maybe Lyon's fate in Sacred Stones is just a bit of a sore spot for me.

I spent way longer on the conquest story than either of the other routes, but chapters 12 and 19 irritate the crap out of me. 12 isn't that hard but I wasn't too thrilled being down a healer. Don't even get me started on 19. The fact that I was to obsessed with not letting anyone die in the finale had me reach levels over rage and frustration I never knew I had. I also wasn't a fan of 24 in Revelations mostly due to the frustration of having to start over the first time.

I actually haven't encountered any of the ladies since I upgraded the hot Springs to level 3. I've only used it like ten times tops across all my playtime, but I just want to see the hilarity of my Corrin getting chased out of hot springs again.

Hello everyone! After skulking about this forum for a few months I decided to join. Like most people west side I was introduced through Fire Emblem after Marth and Roy made it into Brawl. I didn't really get any games in the series until Shadow Dragon but I did borrow (bum) Rekka no Ken and Sacred Stones off my friends and plan to eventually buy them off virtual console. I hope they will eventually re-release Path of Radiance and Radiant Dawn on WiiU so I could check those out as well. I am actually finding much less time to play games as I am now fully employed, but still manage to play a little bit every day normally at the cost of a few hours of sleep. I mostly enjoy RPG series but I also play pretty much anything I find enjoyable.
