Just went through my B22 boxes which surprised me by arriving early today. Eliwood B22-006SR is the only card that eluded me and I’d love to swap with someone who might have an extra copy! Just realized there’s kinda been a pattern with the dancing/performance banners. First one was Awakening/Fates, second was Fates/Tellius, and third was Tellius/Jugdral. If that pattern continues we’re looking at Jugdral/new game rep for this next one. Altea, Fodlan, Elibe, Valentina, and Magvel are the worlds without dancing banner representation so I wonder if one of them will be included or if the pattern will even hold?

There’s also ballet 🩰, flamenco 💃🏼, and step 🍀 dancing! And of course there’s hula 🌴 dancing.

Is it a pretty solid bet that the seasonal heroes on 8/7 will be the dancing/performance banner? I know dancer Felix is a long shot with the recent summer 3H units, but he’s still a dream unit I’d love to have. I’ve enjoyed all the dancing units though so I’m sure it’ll be interesting!

I’ve only gotten a box for B07, B17, B18, B20, and two of B19. But my second box for B19 was crazy lucky and had 5 SR cards in it, one of which was Female Byleth SR+. I also got 2 SR cards in my B18 box of which one was Dimitri and I cried for joy. Dimitri and Claude’s R cards were also in my crazy lucky 2nd B19 box. I have my B21 boxes coming along with one box for B11 and B13 so we’ll see if I get anything crazy lucky from them.

I’m so impressed by the dedication those who play Cipher have. I have enough stress trying to hunt down just one copy from my boxes/other sellers, I can’t imagine trying to collect 4x each of the cards you need for decks to play.

I’ve never wanted a SR+ card before, but I’m so hoping my boxes have a SR+ Dimitri. I’ll buy a copy if I need to, but with how popular he is I’m admittedly terrified of how expensive he might be.

I think this is a great idea, especially as a last hurrah for series 21 & 22!

I’ve got only three characters that aren’t in Cipher at all that would be dream additions: Hrid, Rodrigue, and Lambert. I don’t think their odds are good, especially Hrid, since Heroes cards have been so heavily female focused. But those three would make me the happiest now the Great Lord Dimitri has been revealed for Series 21 and Male Enlightened One Byleth for Series 22.

I adore Ferdinand and got several copies of him from the banner and am wondering which set of boon/bane will work best for being a physical speedy tank? I also have to feed him Atk/Def Solo, Bonfire, and alternate on Atk/Def and Spd/Def Link. My top best three are: +Atk/-Res +Def/-Res +Def/-Hp Which should I keep as his base?

I really really want to try pulling for Sothis and the duo pair Marth+Elice since I’ve managed to save a ton of orbs since there’s been no recent feature of 3H characters, but I’m making myself wait until the legendary hero and new special units are revealed at the end of the month and also the new heroes that are coming right after the first part of January (1/8-9). I keep telling myself I have until the 15th to save as many orbs as possible and to wait to make sure there’s nothing I want more in the next 3 upcoming new banners before the winter units go away. It’s hard though seeing the new winter units everywhere though.

Oh okay! So it’s not like the Pokémon TCG where with every new expansion they come out with several starter/themed decks. That’s the only other TCG I’m familiar with so thanks for the clarification!

We’ve got 2 weeks until B19 series releases but am I correct in understanding that there hasn’t been any news/announcement of a starter deck? Is there always a starter deck released alongside each series or do only certain series have a matching starter deck?

I know that the livestream for Series 19 just happened earlier, but I was wondering if there was any more information given about the new HR rarity for the cards? I saw the gorgeous male Byleth card for series 19 that’s supposed to be the new HR rarity like the family card of Sigurd/Deirdre/Seliph and am a bit concerned at how pricey a single card might be since the SR and SR+ cards can get steep as it is and I’d assume the HR rarity will be even more scarce.

Is Hubert and Ferdinad’s B support locked behind the timeskip? Or can you reach their B support during academy phase?

I’ve only played Blue Lions route so far and was curious to know after the events in game where Byleth’s hair and eyes change color, who carries away to safety male and female Byleth for Golden Deer and Black Eagles? I know it differs on gender for both leaders who aren’t Dimitri but I can’t remember for the life of me which characters they are and Google search has failed me.

Does anyone know off the top of their heads where in Blue Lions the information about Loog and his advisor Pan is mentioned? Wanted to try getting screenshots/video of it, but now I can’t remember where in story or supports (I THINK it was in story dialog) that it shows up. To be more specific, I believe a Blue Lions student talks to Byleth about how interesting it is that they are similar in role and motivation to Pan, who didn’t want any glory or recognition, just wanted to support his king Loog.
