  1. Sorcerors are the only promoted class that can use Dark Magic though.

Their skills will probably be different from Sages but I don't expect a higher Crit. I hope they get Magic Expert though (+5 Magic when wielding Tomes).

you think dark magic is enough to warrant not much of a change? I expect the sorcerer to have at least higher stat caps.

  2. Now that you mention it, I don't know of confirmation, although I don't think there's any question of it. They used staffs in FE11/12, and it's not like any other secondary weapon would make much sense for them here. Certainly, with all the traits Sages are showing of being a Tomes specialist with staffs, I don't think Sorcerers could get away with being another Tomes specialist without staffs, even with a few dark spells added to their options.

they could be like magic sword masters :I

  3. I should hope so. The Creature Campaign made it fun even without people to play against. But really, I'm rather downed by the fact that there's no Wi-Fi battles. Hopefully we get the DLC shop and an online gold shop too at least..

Wi-fi is cool and all, but I really want replayable dungeons more :I both would make me fangasm greatly though.

  4. So I'm looking through the more clear page of Jump that was recently found, and I noticed something about the Change Proof thing.

    Firstly.

There is another class we have yet to see, and I can't make it out because the middle hirigana is blurred out by the graininess. Battle -Ster, I'm imagining it's either Caster or Master. Going with Caster since the hirigana doesn't look like the Ma in Armor Knight.

    Secondly.

It looks like you can actually class change down, since it lists promoted classes and then Armor Knight. I'm thinking that's the Strategist's class change thing, because it shows Vake with only 3 choices. Also, it confirms the Strategist able to class change to anything.

We knew about the class change down thing.

  5. As long as there is no nihil or anything like that , making skills useless like in RD endgame I'm sure we'll see some strong bosses with impressive skills.

Also on what his class is, the fact that both gargnel and valhart who are king/emperor have regular classes trickster/great knight respectively I think he'll just be the promoted dark mage class the keeps dark magic (sorcerer?)

Yeah....only the final boss and a subfinal/reoccurring boss usually get unique classes.

  6. I forgot about that. If he uses Dark Magic (and no doubt he'll have a personal tome, whatever it may be), that certainly rules out Tactician for his class. I suppose we'll have to wait and see, but I expect a really devastating skill from him. Something on the same level as Black Knight's Luna.

If I may ask, what brings you to this theory?

  7. I love the way that guy looks.

I'm assuming he'll likely have the same class as MU, Tactician. It'll leave him with a highly dangerous skill, assuming he can gain Divine Strategists' skill. It'd make him a bit tough to deal with for all of your units if the skill works how I think it does (ie: Magic damage is dealt as well as physical: demanding resistance from both Defense and Resistance).

if he is using flux...he can't be. According the the info we already have the dark magic is a subcategory that only dark mages can use.
