  1. Well hmm... Opus's are like scrolls like somebody said that strengthens a characters personal weapon. It's basically just material for the Mastery/Sanctuary Crests that you can find in the Boost Crests section in Camp. So you said you had obtained Azura's Blessed Lance scroll and opus? Well if you have x1 Blessed Lance's Scroll, x10 Solider Helmet, and x20 Solider Waist Guard, you can unlock the Mastery Crest with 5,000 gold. This unlocks a skill that was locked, which you can view on the characters weapon, the requirement for unlocking it completely is to kill 10,000 enemies, which Timed Onslaught missions are good for. For her Opus, it involves more grinding for the characters materials, as in you need x1 Blessed Lance's Opus, x5 Azura's Pendant, and x10 Azura's Opera Gloves, then 10,000 gold to unlock the Sanctuary Crest. Like it was said above, this is more like an upgrade, which you don't need to kill any enemies for, it strengthens the weapon automatically, adding a glow to the weapon, which is different for each personal character weapon.
  2. Even though they treat it like retreating. But the game has all the royal siblings "kill" each other, which is funny, if you make up your own story in your head.
  3. For me, I wouldn't mind Azura with her Diva outfit from Warriors to be the Legendary Warrior of Water. It really makes sense for her to be that. But Marth deserves more attention. He's kind of the face of FE since it was introduced in the West. Though idk what element he could be...
  4. For me... Fates: Kaden and Keaton. Just to introduce beaststones into the game. SD: Camus. To introduce a Lance Calvary moveset. Awakening: I want to say Yarne. Because I freaking love the bunny. But who am I kidding? Inigo or Severa would have a better chance then him. But I wouldn't mind having Severa in game to just criticize enemies for being weak and lame or Inigo to have special quotes when beating like pegasus knights and stuff. lol Though Severa being in game is something to think about, because then she would have a chance to "kill" her mom, which... is kinda of saddening though. lol
  5. We won't know until the DLC is released. The only English names we know are Olivia's and Tharja's prf weapons.
  6. From what I hear, she just shares strong attacks with Robin. While her specials are unique, that's only thing all characters, who share strong attacks have, their own specials. Also yes, like MrPerson0 said, Mages/Dark Mages/Sorcerers could use light magic, because they could use almost every tome in the game.
  7. Because obviously she's sharing it around the camp now. But I like it, I was wondering what it was since the icon looked weird when I looked at the screenshot in Japanese. It's rather unique. lol
  8. Yes! :D Olivia and Azura get a support. Also Olivia pose there looks so adorable! <3 I wonder if it's here normal portrait or her disappointed one. Because I kinda wanted to have a pose like that for her normal portrait.
  9. Well Koei does love DLC, but yes, they most certainly did know they would be doing DLC. Which some does feel like things they wanted to implant, but couldn't at the time of the games initial release. Well true, we don't know when Lyn was added and interviews are exactly telling of the whole development of the game. Oh I know. I go to Gamefaqs, honestly, while this place is tamer then that FEW forums over there, at least it's calmer and people don't jump on board right away on things.
  10. But it doesn't mean that something doesn't feel off, when you read this and think Lyn was probably added later in development. Though we don't know for sure how development went except for these small interviews. Which haven't really been that helpful besides making people upset and mad.
  11. I think they stated in an recent interview that he was. https://nintendoeverything.com/fire-emblem-warriors-director-on-the-shadow-dragon-pack-characters-wedding-costumes-more/ "Navarre is getting in to fill the Mercenary slot. There was a debate on whether to pick him or Ogma, but we wanted to have that scene from Devil Mountain in History Mode, and that’s a big factor. It’s not an over-exaggeration to say that we thought of History Mode just for that. In Fire Emblem Warriors’ design document it was written as a mode where we have the following conversation: “Lend your sword to our cause. Or, if you will not, then turn it on me now instead.” “…Nay, I’ll turn no blade of mine on a woman.” (laughs)" It was also the same interview that Linde's greatest feature is her feet. lol
  12. They probably did. I wouldn't be surprised Koei did hold out on some of three games fan favorite characters and put them as DLC. Heck, we knew Navarre was going to playable in the main game at first, before being replaced with Lyn and Azura was planned, but was cut, but Azura is a fan favorite, so why do it? Koei does have some off buisness practices, even for their main game, which can be overpriced.
  13. That's a very good question. Miscommunication. Though that's probably why it got leaked in the first place and kinda how they acted like it didn't happen somewhat. I know they weren't revealed at the convention. I'm just saying they revealed the packs and details, but the characters were maybe set in stone as in, all characters were probably who they wanted to include during development, but didn't get the chance too.
  14. I'm pretty sure the DLC characters were set in stone from the moment that the DLC was revealed, not leaked, but when the packs were revealed itself at the con. But it doesn't mean that a season 2 won't happen either, if fans wanted it. The thing is, we don't know if they knew the DLC was leaked ahead of time. It probably was a surprise for Japanese speakers, who didn't know about it and can't read English and they still tried to make it a surprise for that audience.
  15. Actually they did. https://mobile.twitter.com/bk2128/status/911861491787227137
  16. Hmm... I honestly wouldn't put it past them if they used those for Japanese version. But for the English translated version, I'm sure they will have different names from their Japanese counterparts..
  17. The site just states her weapon as Sergey 's Daimon on the site, if translated by the site itself. I'm not really much of a JP translator. But I do know, Japanese names are completely different from it's English counterparts. Because Cordelia's weapon is called, Tiamo's Love Spear, which I'm pretty sure due to the datamine awhile back, it's English name is called Gungnir
  18. I would believe so. But lets wait until the English site updates. The Japanese site calls it something else. Also looking at Olivia's full render and screenshots of her. It's amazing how they turned her big cloth that she has on dancer rings into like strands of cloth for each. But I bet rigging that would have been a pain as well. lol
  19. They call it Olivia's Dance Sword in Japanese. Which I believe will get a different name in English. But also the latest update will support the Switch's video functionality. Finally, I can take videos of gameplay! :D
  20. We'll get it Wednesday night though on 28th due to the big time difference between the US and Japan. But oh my goshy gosh. Olivia is adorable!
  21. For me... I kinda want packs to give something more to Gaiden/Shadows of Valentia and Blazing Sword due to Celica and Lyn being like the only ones from their games. But also more focus on Gen 2 kids, but more characters to Awakening in that regard to equal out Fates and Awakening. Awakening's Fated Children: Inigo (Sword) Severa (Sword) Yarne (Stone) Shadows of Valentia: Alm (Sword) Mae (Tome) Zeke (Lance) Blazing Sword: Eliwood (Sword) Hector (Axe) Ninian (Stone)
  22. Not really any massive announcements. But for FEW, Nintendo hasn't really advertised the DLC, but then again, this is due to Koei's approach to the DLC. FEW doesn't have DLC trailers for their packs. It's just on the day, the pack is released, Koei releases individual character trailers to their Japanese YT channel and a week before the release, their is a scan detailing the DLC and release date. They took a different approach here for advertisement and announcements for FEW. But I think that's due to the US/Europe Fire Emblem fanbase, who haven't played the game.
  23. The thing is, they're other sources to go off for this. Because some other people did say the same thing that they showed off Tharja at that Cipher event. But the guy looks like he's having trouble really translating or getting actual facts. Which is kinda of hard in general, since we have no real info, because Koei made it that way on purpose. So the only people who would know or could have seen what was shown, had to be those at the Cipher event. Unfornately, none of those are english speakers and we have crappy translators, which don't help at all.
  24. I guess so. Also this may be a thing. https://mobile.twitter.com/FireEmblemMusou/status/972285448729980928 If their advertising this. They must be preparing to show off the DLC or something. Only one can speculate until it happens.
