  1. They say 30 is the new 20. That's a load of BS. I feel like I'm 40! Anyways, you want old? Back in my day I had Lego Model Team (Late 80's to mid 90's). There were some really cool sets, like a blue hot rod and a black and yellow helicopter. I tried to buy this black and red big rig that cost $135 at the time of its release. I saw it on eBay brand new for almost 2 grand. Used will net you about 5 C's. And where's your number? I got you though. IIHTOPAD: 245 246
  2. Quit with this school and homework talk. You guys are making me feel old! 244
  3. I recommend FE6 Binding Blade if you're looking for a challenge. Unlike Sacred Stones, it doesn't have places where you can grind outside of the main story (Tower and the Ruins). Conquest is not a cakewalk on Normal difficulty. I've heard some suggest BR Hard (some say Lunatic as well) is easier than CQ Normal .
  4. Yea, that sums it up pretty nicely. Anyways . . . I love Camilla in her canon class, even though it's not her optimal choice statwise (as one discerning fellow pointed out earlier ). But damnit I love that Malig Knight Armor! And the class' high MAG and RES makes her a great Bolt Axe user, and she can effectively deal with the Onmyojis and Bolt Naginatas later in the game. Plus you get Horse Spirit, so there's that.
  5. I got it up on her for you! Have at it! Address is: 06902-89667-08522-85918
  6. Welcome aboard and do enjoy yourself! If you're up for the more traditionally difficult FE games, definitely play FE6 Binding Blade for the GBA (though it was only released in Japan. You can play using an emulator with a translation patch). For something more forgiving but still fun, play FE7 Blazing Blade or FE8 Sacred Stones (also on GBA were released outside Japan) Niles from Conquest is my OTP! But Marth is a solid choice as well!
  7. Good job, way to go! Losing Treck is fine. Good thing you kept Noah though, which is the one you NEED to have alive. Llilina didn't do so well for me, but you might have better luck with her level ups. She had a real hard time hitting things. I went with Ray, Lugh, and Saul as my main spellcasters. Astohl is IMO the best thief in the game. Chad is still good cuz some levels might require 2 thieves. Miledy, Zeiss, Gonzales, Shin, Fir, Tate, Klein, and Perceval get super-roided stats on HM. Make sure to get Percy on Chapter 15. Good luck as you continue!
  8. To have the best chance to get skills you need post on the Fates Skill Requests threads. The people there are very friendly and helpful If you own the NA version, post here. If you own the EU/AUS version, post here. Good luck!
  9. Ah ok. That makes sense. But I thought trolls were cool with each other and stuck together. That's clearly not the case between you two.
  10. Welcome! I love Takumi Memes! Big fan of your standup comedy! Never really liked Dane Cook routines until the visuals were replaced with Takumi sprites.
  11. Now I really want to know what this beef between @Levant Mir Celestia and @joshcja is all about! Or at least provide a link to the thread where the fireworks happen. I personally have never had any problems with joshcja, and I find it kind of ironic that Levant is the person calling out someone for being an arrogant jerk. I guess just as long as we talk about Camilla for at least a sentence per post, we should still be on track for this topic.
  12. Unlike Corrin, gender for Kana does in fact come into play with regards to skill buying (you can only get skills for male Kana from a male Kana, same thing with female Kana). Don't worry about it though, I still appreciate the effort to help This is why I love this thread so much. Everyone is quick to respond to assist you if they can!
  13. Conquest easily wins on the gameplay front. It's more faithful to traditional FE games with high difficulty, no off-story grinding options, and limited resources. The game boxes even tell you on the back which game is more difficult! I love Conquest's difficulty as the maps have a variety of traps and varied objectives. The overall difficulty really forces you to think and plan out your attack before you make your move. I guess that applies to the other 2 games, but they are much more forgiving should you make a mistake. Unlike other 2 paths, enemies possess unique skills (Samurai w/ Lunge and Armored Blow, MOA w/ 4 rallies, etc.). While this makes them formidable foes, this also makes them valuable allies as most of them can be captured and convinced/bribed to join your team.
  14. Don't be too hard on him though. He is right. Everything we ever post or suggest is 100% wrong and we have no clue what we're talking about. Take me for instance: I actually think Niles is a good character and Camilla works fine in her default class. I don't mind too much though. I know I suck at this game, but I'm having fun and Camilla looks much more sexier as a Malig Knight anyways
  15. Welcome to the forest! Have fun, but be nice :)
