    Cool stuff. So are you given the option to surrender every turn, or is it after the compulsory survival mark? Also you could add some dialogue at the very bottom house since its possible to reach :P Look at the title :) You're just going to have to be patient I guess.

Lol Klok I wasn't trying to have a dig, I was just going by the names listed there xP I agree that Guinevere and Rutger are better too (I didn't appreciate that she was featured in SSBB lol, so I was pointing out the inconsistency with FE7) With the title screen, it might be worth it's while to invest in a new one, since amalgamating original art from each game may end up looking cheap. You're choice though :)
  3. I didn't see this on the known issues list, but when I recruited Alvaria and went to chapter 1B, she doesn't appear and the cutscene at the end of the prologue still happens.

  5. Several of these descriptions are inaccurate on varying levels I should know, I'm making an FE6 remake hack lol although I like the overall feel of the desciptions. I can send you some of my ones if you wanted. Also Guinevere is spelt Guinivere in FE7, and Miredy should be Milady after Milady de winter, most people think it comes from that :P
  6. I live in England and I watched the debate. Politics is something that frustrates me, since I'm an anarchist, but I'm totally pro-Scottish independence. It's what majority of the Scottish population seem to want, so why not give it to them? The only question up in the air for me is will Scotland's economy suffer as a result when it changes it's currency to the euro :/
  7. The transition frames where he fades out seems odd imo. He seems to sort of...move down when he disappears and then goes back to the original position? Overall i like the concept though :)
  8. Oh right, yeah, I'm definitely trying to fix that. Perhaps I'll fiddle around with movement ranges slightly too, I know knights will definitely get a boost at least. It's just I don't want the map to be traversed to quickly or slowly :/

  10. Eh, yeah. I've sized down most maps slightly anyways, but Cath and a thief will probably spawn early on in the chapter at the stairs so the job is quicker. I'll probably add a couple of droppable chest and door keys to the mix too.
  11. I thought I might as well upload the maps being used for chapters 1-8 in my FE6 remake. They're quite large, because they're the size that they would be if inserted into FEXNA lol, so I suppose you can ignore the outer two tile perimeters. I don't have a new chapter 7 map, since I can't come up with a new design atm. If anyone has any suggestions for a new chapter 7 design I'd gladly listen :) Also feel free to comment and critique.   12. Yeah you can, Yeti added water and earth affinities iirc in FE7x. Also re-echoing what Brendor's already said, you can do literally anything in C#
  13. Having 4 bards/dancers could have them move across the entire map in 1 turn :/ Then again they can't exactly do much lol Also why does Eliwood have Maltet and not Durandal?
  14. Gringe, another few things you might want to fix are the carelessness of some maps, tile changes and unit positioning. For example in chapter 8, when Lilina's prison door is opened, the floor shading does not change, and in chapter 18A one of the possible unit positions is on a cliff. If you want a list of other examples I've found feel free to PM me :) Also something else that seems slightly odd is when the map theme keeps playing in chapter 5 after you've seized the castle, although this may have been intentional :V
  15. Taking into account the slightly delayed deadline for FEE3, I may be able to get the first chapter ready in time. The only obstacle I have is being on abroad on a mac for the past month and a half, so I can't insert anyhting. So I come here humbly asking if anybody would be willing to do this job for me, so that the community can enjoy the arrival of another project at FEE3. If you're interested, just post here or drop me a line via PM, and we can negotiate compensation :)
  16. I have events fully written up to chapter 8x for Roy's route, and up to chapter 3 for Al's route. I have dialogue fully written/revised up to chapter 6 for Roy's route, and up to chapter 1 for Roy's route. I have maps finished up to chapter 18A/18B for Roy's route, and chapter 5 for Al's route.
  17. Sorry Brendor, but I couldn't really care less about your worthless comments. Please give me an example of one that's been publically released? I've even put a release date up so I can share something with the community, unlike you who likes to grab all he can from the spriters for some "personal gba hack". I could link plenty of instances of you asking people to make their work open source etc, but it's not worth my time. Basically this to you Brendor. Also thanks Keegs :B On a different note, I've written events, dialogue and have a new map for a prologue chapter. I'm unfortunately going to have to sit out on FEE3, but the release date will still stay the same. I'll get someone to LP this once I have everything inserted (I've been on a mac for the past month, so I have no physical progress to show :|)
  18. Fire Dragons will definitely get 2 range. I doubt I'll add dracozombies as they're not native to elibe. But the last chapter's definitely getting a revamp :) I'm well aware of this already, it's not to do with the battle transformation being broken, its the fact that nobody's found out how to have multiple animations for a single unit work in one battle/load at different times(e.g before the attacker). I technically could have the transformation animation, but it would mean the manaketes wouldn't transform when being attacked. I'll probably just imitate what another project's done which I'm not saying any more about because its not public. If I upgrade this project to FEXNA though I should be able to fix this problem.

  20. I've been away for a little while, but I'll try to answer all the suggestions/questions you guys have :) [spoiler=Replies] Sophia and Echidna will stay their original classes. Siuloir explains my reasoning for this. I plan on having more than one dragonstone available for Fae, so you can't overuse her, but she can be used more liberally. I'm diversifying the class tree for both playable characters and enemies. I plan on adding some of the FE8 classes, Dei's halberdier animation, and I may expand the manakete class tree. So you may see enemy divine dragons (although Fae is the last of her kind I might change this :P), fire dragons, and ice dragons. The only character I've reclassed so far is Saul, but I don't see the point in reclassing any others at the moment. I'm expanding the weapon array too, so I'll take your idea into account, thanks Deino. Idoun will be given bonuses with her dragonstone (I'll probably change it to a Darkstone or something), and no weapons will be effective against her. She'll also get 120HP, so she can't be ORKOd. [spoiler=Progress Report] I've finished writing the event scripts for chapter 1-8x, I just need to insert them now, and get the dialogue done. I estimate that I can release a public patch in early september so I'll put this for now: September 1st 2014 Chapter 1-8x (Roy's route)
  21. It's to do with eventIDs not always functioning properly in emulators like VBA. If you close your emulator down and then restart it, it should work.
  22. More WIP screenshots: I'm currently contemplating whether or not to use FE7 or FE8's colours for the mugs, as I find FE8's a little...contrasting? I'd be glad to hear your thoughts :) I'll try and change the chapter introduction background too to the one used in FE6 at a later date.
  23. I've taken on board the criticism of Bors' new mug, I'll see what I can do. If someone could outline the main issues with the mug in a short list that would be very helpful :) In other news I'm currently writing the event script for chapter 2. I'll have more screenshots soon :)
  24. I'm currently overcoming my insomnia, I decided to take melatonin supplements, and they work really well in helping me sleep. You should exercise more in the day, perhaps take a bath without submerging your head before you go to sleep, have a herbal drink too if that helps :)
  25. Elphin's portrait obviously has to be sheeted for it to be inserted, but there's not anything else you have to do. Unless you want to add blinking frames for him that is. EDIT: Got ninja'd by L95 :3
