Me and my crazy ideas. I freed Edward forever so that everyone has a unit that can at least help in Part 1. We all know how rough early Part 1 is in HM drafts. Titania is free because she is too overpowered in relation to other units in HM, whoever gets her is probably guaranteed to win. Laura is free to balance the amount of units everyone has and because you will probably need 2 physic users in 3-6 HM. Note that everything is subject to change as this is highly experimental. 1. This draft is for 6 players. 2. Ike, Micaiah, Sothe, Edward, Laura, Geoffrey, the Herons, the Black Knight, Titania and Lehran are free for all to use. 3. The drafting order is reversed for the last round of picks. 4. Haar is banned from drafting. 5. The game will be played on Hard Mode. 6. No Transfers. 7. NO RNG ABUSE. That goes double for you Quintessence. Rules: 1. Undrafted units may recruit characters, Rescue and Shove/Smite undrafted characters and NPCs, trade, Escape/Arrive, and transfer items/skills between teams. 2. Undrafted units may not do anything not listed above, including but not limited to meatshielding, building Supports, opening Doors and Chests, finding hidden items, and giving Blood Tide/Night Tide/White Pool bonuses. 3. Allied and Other units may do as they please without penalty. 4. Defend chapters count the last played Player Phase for turns if the timer is waited out. Penalties: 1. Undrafted units have a 4 turn penalty, per unit per chapter (1-6 counts as 2 chapters, and 4-E counts as 5 chapters). Exceptions: 1. Nolan is free until 1-4. 2. Volug is free for 1-5. 3. Elincia, Marcia and Nealuchi are free for 2-P 4. Nephenee and Brom are free for 2-1. 5. One undrafted, non-Lucia unit is free for 2-2. 6. One undrafted, 7 move unit is free for 3-1. In addition, undrafted units are free to meatshield in this chapter. 7. One undrafted, 6 move unit is free for 3-3. Teams: 1. You forget that Jagen was extremely clutch in the early chapters and ACTUALLY EXISTED. And he doesnt lag behind much for a very long time. Hell, Ive used him all game in H5 as a mobile Ridersbane for Player Phase offense against cavaliers, as a shopper and other stuff. 8/10

Heh, Id say hes better in the last 3 maps if anything. Vague Katti and doubles Auras. Res really doesnt matter that much in this game. Specially since mage enemies are so uncommon. And its not like his RES is THAT bad. Your vote for NM is too low, he deserves like, a 9/10 there, not like it matters since this is not NM. He tends to have a lot of trouble in HM due to non-existent WTA and getting 2HKO'd by axes. As well as a shaky spd base (he needs constant spd procs to keep doubling). If he can get out of his earlygame rut, hes ok for the rest of the game. He needs a lot of babying to get there though. 7/10

Yeah logging FE10 can be a pain. Its so long! (not TWSS) Thats why I dont log stats much lately when i do it. I just want to get done with every FE10 draft already so im speedrunning them xD.

This thread is hilarious. And cam, you clearly dont understand fighters so please stop. Top players definetely dont do the same thing every match. On the contrary, top players are really unpredictable. They also generally have perfect spacing (hitting with the tip of their attack to make it as safe as possible) and punish almost every single mistake you do in harsh ways. FE doesnt even get on melee's, marvel's or sf's toes. Although i do agree that it does require skill, just not on the level of fighters.

Everyone gets 4 turns in drafts. I dont recall right now, but im pretty sure ike reaches boyd in turn 1 in HM. Maybe its different in NM idk since i havent played NM since like, 2009 when i did my almost perfect transfer run.

Hahaha. Those "online experts" u were playing were not experts at all then. Try playing against a real expert offline in Street fighter, Marvel or w/e and mash everything like u say, trust me, it aint pretty. You will get beaten to hell and back and will most likely not win a single match.

who said anything about rigging? EDIT: Ok, It was an exageration, I wasnt looking at stats at the time. Its certainly impossible to ORKO Shiharam with Siege Tomes + Adept. But a 2RKO with Reyson help is certainly really possible if Adept procs at least once. You get 2 tries thanks to Reyson, and if Adept doesnt proc, at least Shiharam is now easier to kill for your flier.

Hmm, maybe ORKO was an exageration. But he can certainly help. I dont remember if he actually ORKO'd Shiharam in the draft I had him but he certainly helped. I recall Tormod KO'ing Shiharam in time for a 2 turn arrive for Jill in the Tellius draft though. (he had Adept) And im fairly certain Soren can ORKO the Chapter 22 boss with Adept or with a Reyson vigor since Ive done it before, same with Tormod with a Spirit Dust and Sothe+Reyson support.

Integrity, Ive been thinking of hosting an FE10 HM draft for a while now but am afraid to host it because the last HM draft didnt go anywhere. What kind of balancing rules would you suggest in order to make it more appealing to drafters?

Haha, sorry but what? @ the bolded part. Trust me, it aint that easy to get good in fighers. Idk about shooters but playing fighters competitively is much more than memorizing inputs.
