It depends on the unit :p. In my case, i needed ewwwwwan to promote before facing the cavaliers, but he needed to carry too much stuff. So i just deployed franz with an extra fire, guiding ring and an elixir :p.

Luna Athos <3. Final Part 2 1/156 Athos doubles with Luna for 60 damage. Hector doubles with Armads for 44 damage. And Lyn finishes off the dragon with the Sol Katti. Hector was amazing as usual. Even more so this time, because he got so much speed in his first levels and capped spd early on in Tier 2. He was skl screwed for a good while though. So he did tend to miss a bit. Wow. She was soooo good. Her durability sucked as usual and she had a rough start because of no Lyn Mode. But quickly became one of my most dependable units. Mani Katti saved her ass and allowed me to train her in those rough beginning chapters. 10/10 would draft again. Lol dancer. He got hit a few times but they were all things he could hang on to. Ninian got hit too a few times. Athos <3. I gave him a Wing and a Body Ring and he did his usual thang. Whoa. Afa's Drops Farina is amazing. She joined a bit late and costed me some turns to get but omg, she made up for it with awesomeness. 9/10 would draft again. Sain is just, Sain. No Lyn Mode actually didnt hurt him as much because Marcus was free until chapter 21. Speaking of, why is Marcus banned so early in drafts lately? :/ Warp-alicious Pent. He never proc'd magic in his first few levels but then his mag began to skyrocket. Having 13 range in the final chapters really helped. 10/10 would draft again. Louise is pretty amazing for a bow-locked unit. I was surprised at how useful she is. Instant silver and Pent Support is <3. Ah Raven. So good, yet so hard to get ur freaking promotion items! Curse you, Raven. Even though he promoted in Ch 32 he was still useful lulz. So that's it. I did the best I could and Haarace still beat me by 15 turns ;_;. Curse you, Haarace!
