Sacred Stones. Whether you like it or not, Gaiden already has the results of a future in Awakening. Sacred Stones is literally the only one that hasn't had any other games, be it sequels or prequels. Akaneia's been done to death by this point once you count Ylisse into the mix. Valentia's future has been shown as Valm. Jugdral's pretty much wrapped up. Elibe's pretty much wrapped up. Tellius's pretty much wrapped up. As neat as it would be to show stuff with the legendary heroes of the past, it's pretty evident that FE more or less leaves such figures as only that: History. Barring exceptions like Gotoh, Athos and Lehran anyway.

To be fair, it can only do so much. Sound makes it unstable and it lacks the access to services that Nintendo would have no problem getting (Or a kernel exploit). Still, I like what I see. Just wish it had AGB access.

By my understanding, you can do a lot more with a 3DS that's on firmware version 9.2. Problem: You need Cubic Ninja and NinjHAX 1.0. It has to do with kernel exploits versus just simple userland stuff. I don't know all the details however.

You and I have butted heads more than a few times and I've made my fair share of quips. But this? No one should have to go through this shit. My uncle in Colorado showed no outward signs of depression either. And then one fateful day, my parents got a phone call from my aunt that my uncle had committed suicide. To this day, we have no idea why he would do such a thing. On top of that, he did this on his oldest son's birthday. Not long after, my grandfather, who had sought treatment for cancer at my uncle's behest, died too. Essentially, my uncle killing himself also killed my grandfather's will to live. My uncle was my dad's younger brother. Be sure to be there for your parents as well, since a parent outliving their child is one of the greatest tragedies one can know. I can't say I know what you must be going through though. When I learned of my uncle's suicide, I didn't cry at all. But then, it's one thing to hear about it happening and dealing with the long-term effects, but it's another to see the immediate aftermath. My condolences Ana, truly.

There is a SNES emulator that's pretty okay. It's not perfect (FE4 has some flickering on battle backgrounds) and there are games that flat out don't work (Like Super Butoden 2.) But what does work is pretty neat.
