Let me describe the benefits of village leader. The village leader should, of course, be able to be trusted for one reason or another. I think that saying BEFORE the update that Ether is the poisoner, and then the update revealing the poisoner role, and Ether being lynched and turning up as poisoner makes me able to be trusted. 1. Anyone who does not claim to the village leader or has a more suspicious claim makes a good lynch candidate. 2. The village can aim their roles more effectivly, by making sure important roles are protected, the people who have more suspicious claims are investigated, etc. 3. We will not end up lynching somebody with an important role. 4. All the cop/rolecop investigations are able to be brought together to clear people/discover scum.

A few things. The maifas don't really need that much encouragement to work together. Even if they band together, the town still outvotes them, and has many power roles in it. So their encouragement is already provided. Its called working together with your nightkills so that the more powerful town gets raped at night. We'll see how my game goes. I'll be sure not to run the next one with so many games going on at once. And we should make sure that we don't start too many at once. Three larger ones at once at the most, imo.

No good, in my opinion. The 3 man group is at a disadvantage because they'll have less voting power.

As long as you add Bizz to the PM and don't quote your role PM, she shouldn't mind.

Also, I would appreciate it if people would claim to me. The point of this is to have the village organized around a leader (Village Leader). This greatly increases the town's ability to coordinate and find scum. By claim I mean send me a private message telling me your role name, and a short description of what your role does. I don't care about any flavor text, really.

Its fine with me, as it is a great doubt role that would likely cause the town to preemptivly organize themselves with changing codewords etc in order to try and minimize damage. IMO, any role that prods the town towards organizing themselves is a good thing.

I rather like the idea that the mafia hit WoMC on the first night, and that WoMC is the serial killer, and that the mafia has been forcing him to obey their orders or else they'll out him. This is of course slightly complicated by the fact that if they contacted him right away, they've been doing a terrible job of coordinating him, judging from night results (IE: Two attacks on the same person, only one kill). Vote WoMC.

I'm looking for a few people who aren't in Train Mafia to replace inactive players. Please bold your name if you would like to be a replacement. Keep in mind that ANYBODY who is inactive will be replaced, not just inactive people with night actions.

We need to make a replacement list for games that are going on currently. This list would have people sign up after a game has already started. When somebody is too inactive, they will be taken out of the game and replaced with the first person on the list. If I need to elaborate, please tell me.
