  1. Is it like Hellsing Ultimate then? That was really dark but it became quite bizarre and never took itself seriously. Plus Alucard was hilarious.
  2. I'll definitely get soon as it looks quite good. How dark is it? I actually dark stories with bits of comedy e.g. hilarious one liners etc. I've never actually played Bayonetta either is it worth playing if I like DMC?
  3. Is Devil May Cry a good game? I've been interested in it for a while because of his appearance in SMT Nocturne.
  4. Not played NieR yet but i'd be happy to see one of the characters in as they look cool (and because I plan on playing it soon anyway). I'm mainly a Nintendo/Square fan so at this point i'd want to see more square characters and my most wanted nintendo characters are already spirits or just unlikely to happen. Would want to see Fei from Xenogears (another square character but in the Xeno franchise in which Blade is Nintendo exclusive so it's possible), Crash or Rayman too.
  5. More of the Persona soundtrack. I'd personal love to see Chrono in smash because Chrono Trigger has one of the best video game soundtracks of all time IMO. Unfortunately people will get mad (though to be fair they will get mad if any character other than the one they wanted is introduced) with more Square reps being introduced which also rules out Kingdom Hearts.
  6. Most of Fire Emblem The Binding Blade maps after Chapter 13 become really tedious.
  7. I'll be fin then as I've done previous Gaiden chapters and usually try not to let characters die unless I didn't grow attached to them or if they are need for later.
  8. From what I know so far I'm really going to like Birthright and Conquest. I've heard they both have really good and really bad characters and at least Owain and Severa (two of my favorite FE characters are in the game). I've heard Conquest has really good map designs so it was a game i'd play either way and Birthright when played first will hopefully still be fun. Revelations isn't expensive so I thought it'd be worth playing at least once since it's quite cheap.
  9. I absolutely loved SoV despite some map similarities and it's definitely in my top 5. Not played Fates yet though so I'm not sure what the gameplay and maps are like yet.
  10. @Shadow Mir Which characters need to be alive for certain Gaiden chapters. I lost my first character Asgore in Chapter 16 because I messed up with putting him in the chest room then the hordes of reinforcements came while my other units were trying to get to the main room without killing Douglas which meant luring him out of the castle etc. Basically I hate this chapter and don't want to restart it if Asgore isn't needed for true ending as I still have 2 thieves.
  11. @Etheus When your good units got trapped in the pitholes I nearly cried especially if I hadn't fully healed them. Next time I play I'm going to have a picture that shows me where the pitfalls are because it was horrendous.
  12. @SubwayBossEmmett Would Revelations be worth a playthrough at least once for the sake of making my own mind up on it? I know i'll probably find it irritating but I kind of want to play every game in the franchise because every game i've played so far has been phenomenal.
  13. @Espurrhoodie I felt hurt when the other characters were telling Bernadetta that being in her room was unhealthy and she should make friends. If your socially awkward like I am you can't just 'go and make friends'. Also despite not being religious I kind of realised I am like Marianne most of the time IRL and the fact is I want to talk to people but I don't know what to say.
  14. @Shadow Mir Chapter 13 in Shadow Dragon was what made me take a break from the game. It was one of my first FE games and I made the mistake of having a large team spreading exp to all characters.
  15. @Shrimperor That's good to hear. Since it's a midquel to genealogy I was expecting it to have similar gameplay and I din't like FE4's gameplay that much so i've been holding it off. I might play it after I finish FE6 as i really liked Leif in FE4.
  16. @Shrimperor So if I play Thracia with a walkthrough i'll know what to expect? Is the gameplay better than Genealogy?
  17. @Xander I've not played every game yet so my list is still changing. I'd honestly have to do a top 50 to include most of my favorite characters.
  18. It was so irritating as you had to deal with the damage on top of the terrible movements. Then there was that swamp map with the Dragons spawning often.
  19. I initially panicked when I realized I might have to restart the entire map but I managed to defeat the enemies with Seliph alone and using a warp ring to return to the castle. Recruiting Hannibal was a pain too and I didn't end up using him besides castle defense. 3H maps aren't as good as some of the other games but I absolutely loved Shambhala and GD endgame not just because of the soundtrack but it was actually really fun to play through albeit too easy as it was a NG+ run. Are the character interactions between the two casts at least worth the game? Or does it at least have a really fun final map? I really want to play it after Birthright and Conquest as it'd be weird it being only game I've not played.
  20. @Alastor15243 Are Revelations maps actually as bad as I've heard? I've heard that some of the gimmicks can make certain maps take forever too complete for example.
  21. I agree with you on FE4 and 10 for sure. a desert map in genealogy was horrendous especially considering how long it takes to complete a usual map in general in that game. FE10 part 4 was irritating until endgame at least redeemed it for me but that desert map was by far the worst of the part 4 maps. Not yet played Fates but I'm honestly quite excited for Conquest.
  22. I'm just curious what everyone's least favourite map(s) in the franchise are. For me I've always found the desert or fog of war maps really irritating especially on a first playthrough when you have no idea what to expect. Desert maps are just annoying in general as most non-mage foot units become useless due to their limited movement range. So when I recently came across Chapter 14 in Binding Blade I just screamed. A map that has both the FoW and in a desert plus Wyvern Knights and mages which can heavily damage your flying units. I know it's not the hardest map I've ever played but it was definitely one of my least favorites. Other than that unless it is the same map repeated often in a game I usually enjoy every map.
  23. @Rezzy Thanks for the support and I hope you don't mind me messaging you on Discord. It'll feel better having someone to talk to rather than keeping it to myself.
