    You voted him because according to you, missing the joke = skimming and not reading your post in context, which = opportunistic and/or lazy. I took that as "making a big deal out of nothing". If I'm wrong though, please enlighten me so I don't misinterpret things.

    @Shinori: I didn't think you were serious with the "frank frank frank" comment, I just thought it was unnecessary. You missed the point of my vote though; I voted you because I thought you made a big deal out of SB "not getting the joke" and it was a weak vote. Felt forced...like you just felt like you had to do something so it wasn't a complete active lurk post. On the flipside, I can see why Bizz would vote SB for his hesitation (the whole: I would have voted you), since that's a better reason to vote SB imo. I like Manix's points about kirsche. His whole Bizz vote is based on faulty logic (as Manix said, that's not sheeping) and I believe she stated clearly why she wanted to vote SB. Excellen pretty much calling Elie's logic bullshit got me to rereading him: I can see what you mean a little (not liking =/ scummy as a point against Wombat is kinda stupid) but I can see how he's interpreting Wombat's play as "lynchpushing". Atm, the whole ordeal comes off to me as intown fighting. But if Elie actually is RPing me than he'd have to be scum right? And he'd need to spit better game.

    ##Unvote ##Vote Shinori I'm seeing SB's side to this whole argument; it didn't really look like an "obvious joke post" to me, more like you felt like you had to say something more so you'd have more than 2 lines and a vote for a post. Then you kinda made what wasn't a big deal a bigger deal and voted SB and got all defensive. Just feels forced. Also I'm not really following Wombat's (that's Leo857qw90846y72893q65wynn right?) logic wrt scum!Elie.

    I'm not gonna lie I died laughing when she started throwing up after looking at herself in the mirror for like 10 seconds, and at the end of the first episode when she met her little brother and his friends at the McDonald's.

    I kinda agree with this? I mean I'd rather date a girl who's a 7 (1-10 scale) with a GREAT personality than a 9 with a meh personality. Physical attractiveness is important though, and you're lying to yourself if you don't think so. To have a healthy relationship you do need to be physically attracted to your partner as well after all. I think that personality makes a girl more or less attractive physically; like their personality shines through...if that makes sense. I just don't want to marry a girl, then wake up one day and look at her and be like "damn I kinda regret this". Still though, while it's not a deciding factor, I think good looks are important. Other than one girl (who I dated for a while), every girl I've met and gotten to know, I've lost attraction to over time. I think it's because I focus on people's good points when I first get to know them, and only those good points. As I get to know them, I start to see their flaws, and I have trouble seeing them the same as before. It's not like I don't think they're great people or anything anymore, I just realize that they'd be better as just friends rather than something more than that.

    I was just about to say that it's getting more difficult for me to watch because, tbh, I can't really relate to Tomoko. First episode was funny, but lately it has been less funny and more...uhh I just feel bad for her now.

    I prefer Adventure Time to Regular Show, since imo there's more funny episodes in the former than the latter. It's pretty inconsistent with the humor, but it's deeper than the average cartoon.

    That sounds like Pluto then (which would make sense since they're made by the same author). With Pluto, I never felt like there were any parts that really blew me away, but there was also nothing wrong with it either. In the end it was definitely enjoyable.

    It gets better as the series progresses imo. Spike is a G too. All caught up in Rosario Vampire II. Need a new manga to start. Anyone have a good recommendation?

    Airship Canon's opinion is pretty much similar to my own. I came in with higher expectations because of all the hype it got, and so I was a little disappointed with the movie, but it wasn't bad. The kaiju and mecha looked really really really really really awesome. The characters for the most part were okay, and some of the backstories were cool, but the plot was just so...ehh. Really cliche and predictable, and super obvious foreshadowing attempts. Plus the 3D glasses hurt my ears after a while. It's just mindless entertainment really, which isn't bad, I just expected a little more out of it. I thought it was good compared to the movies that have come out lately, so I'd give it a 6-7/10 as well. Wouldn't go see it a second time though.

    Cam is traveling across the world in 80 days or something so he gets an excuse. The rest of you who don't have an excuse to not participate, start doing things! Or else shows are getting cancelled...or something like that.

    Now Rivers just needs to have a mediocre season and then light it up in the playoffs and this really might happen. ESPN league, draft won't be any time soon. Need more people.
