Glad you finally got your Ike, Ana (and a good quality one too!). My Marth shipped a few minutes ago, and is estimated to get here on the 20th. I'll probably post pics once I finish my collection.

A little tip for those who haven't gotten Marth from Amazon yet:
I noticed the 12.99 price appeared under the "more buying choices" section before it appeared as the main price.
so, keep an eye on more buying choices, rather than the main page.
It's not much, but I hope that helps a little. And hopefully other online retailers will get their stock soon.

After leaving my laptop on 24/7 for two days straight, I finally managed to get Marth this morning! Now to get Lucina and Robin, and I'm done with amiibo collecting.
Also, congrats to Ana and Sara for getting one too!
I never thought finding a video game accessory would be so difficult...

Yeah, I have my page monitor set to check every 5 seconds (I have one click purchase set up as well), and I still can't get it.
Thank goodness I've already got Ike. Hopefully I'll be able to get Robin and Lucina on May 29th (missed online pre-orders).

That's BS, you can't have decimal amounts of Amiibo, that makes no sense. Also, those are insanely low quantities for all of those, even Jigglypuff. Why would Target order so little?
That's just an average (If one store got 3 robins and another got 4, that would average out to 3.5 a store).
Has anyone here been successful at getting Marth from Amazon? He appeared twice within the last hour (missed him both times...).

So Lucina is going to be in SSB4 after all (looks like her moveset is exactly like Marth's though)...wish I hadn't changed my bets.* It also looks like Chrom could be an assist trophy (or part of Robin's final smash).
And Robin is going to be in as well! I'm looking forward to playing as him/her when SSB4 comes out.
*edit*: But I guess Lucina doesn't count as a newcomer since she is basically an alternate costume for Marth?

Also, I'm thinking of adding this rule, in case people try to sneak their way out of the -10 penalty for an incorrect guess:
Any character guesses that are heavily deconfirmed due to reasons such as being an assist trophy, enemy, boss, etc. become locked and people are not allowed to add/switch/remove that character from their guess list.
So what do you guys think? It'll make calculating points in the end much simpler, the point calculations will not get messed up from any potential changes Sakurai makes, and people can't cheat by changing out their deconfirmed characters.
Also, what do you think we should do if there's DLC newcomers? Do you want to count those newcomers for the betting thread as well as the on-disc/card characters or do you want to only count newcomers that are on the disc/card? I'm personally wanting to stick with the latter, since I'm guessing most people made their bets with the mindset that we weren't taking DLC characters into account, and their guesses likely would've been quite different if they knew if there'd be DLC characters.
I agree with Konner. I think the "deconfirmed rule" sounds reasonable, and I also think we should not count DLC newcomers (if there are any).

Ah polymer clay... So much fun! XD
How did you get it to gloss like that? Did you apply something or was it the clay itself?
After I baked the clay, I painted it with a glaze.

I've recently started creating stuff from polymer clay, and wanted to see what everyone here thought of my creations.
The first one is Prince Dreambert from Mario and Luigi: Dream Team. Overall, I think he looks okay,but it looks like he's leanning a little.

Amazon will probably update their site as Nintendo releases more info. It would be cool if both versions were included on one game card, but I kind of doubt it.
