I am trying to attach my canvas art entry as a JPEG file to my PM, but since it is 15.3 MB, it couldn't be attached. Is there a way to upload my entry despite its large size?
Maybe I can help. If I understand correctly, you are trying to upload a photo of some art? If that's the case simply open the photo under microsoft paint, press the resize button, and make the photo at least half the size. That's what I had to do for my entry.

Well, I wouldn't necessarily say that you can't draw, but you certainly do need more practice. We all have to start somewhere. :)
As long as you have the interest and determination to improve your art, you might surprise yourself one day!

That doesn't surprise me. The church lately has taken a "hello fellow kids I too am hip and cool" to getting kids interested in God.

I once went to a youth group with an acquaintance a few years ago, and my goodness, the music (rock and dubstep) was so loud that I literally struggled just to have a conversation with someone. Of course, the music wasn't playing while the youth pastor gave the lesson, but right after he finished, the music started blaring again. Apparently an elderly couple complained about it, and the youth pastor had the nerve to mock them later saying "They're old. What do they know?" (So much for teaching respect for your elders...). Needless to say, I stopped attending that group.

Oh, wow. I haven't been paying much attention to the news the past few days, so I didn't know about this until now...So sad to hear that. This would be tragic during any time of the year, but yeah, it does seem especially sad since it's the holidays. :(

Let's not forget that the eshop has some fun games. My brother and I have been playing Affordable Space Adventures (haven't finished it yet) which has been really fun, especially with two people playing. That, and there's another game that looks fun coming out soon: Tadpole Treble (from the creater of Brawl in the Family). I'm sure there's other good games, those are just the first two I've thought of for now.
I also like the Wii Fit U which I use almost daily. And of course, I enjoy Smash Bros. 4.
I'm also really excited for Xenoblade Chronicles X (although, I'll have to wait until Christmas to play it), and Zelda Wii U.

Played Brawl and really liked playing Marth and Ike. Shadow Dragon was the most recent FE game to come out at the time so that was the one I played first, and it was also advertised on the box as being "a remake of the original tale" so I figured I might as well start at the beginning.
Ditto.
Plus, I had played Advance Wars : Days of Ruin and loved it. Therefore, finding out Fire Emblem is made by the same company was another selling point for me.

I just recently bought a new 3ds XL, and I'm satisfied with it so far. It's not vastly different from the regular XL, but the new 3ds XL does have better internet browsing (not tons better, but I've noticed a difference). Plus, as others have mentioned, xenoblade chronicles only works with the new 3ds (and who knows, there may be other games in the future that are only compatible with the new 3ds). The only complaint I have with the new 3ds is that changing the sd card is a bit tedious.

So, Nintendo recently released the Badge Arcade in Europe and North America. It's actually surprisingly fun, although I usually just do the free plays. Anyway, I know Badge Arcade has been out awhile in Japan, and was wondering if there has been any FE themed badges in the past.

Looks like I manged to get one from Gamestop (would have preferred amazon, but oh well). I'm not concerned for the art book that much, but I really want the whole thing on one gamecard. Thanks for posting the link.

Ugh, that winged woman needs to put a fucking shirt on... And why is that one blue-haired girl in her underwear (or is it a swimsuit? Either way, I don't like it) while wielding a weapon? I swear these designs are more stupidly sexualized than anything in Fates, even Camilla. And I thought it couldn't get any worse than her.
I can't fathom how some of you can stand this... I'm still trying to change my mind about this game because of the FE-ness. But my interest is only getting lower and lower.
I am in total agreement with you, ana. I don't even consider this to be an FE game really, and have no intention of buying it.
Maybe one day we'll get a good console FE game.

Agreed. I'm hoping this is some sort of hoax...but even if it is real, Ill still play the game. I was just hoping for something more original.
