  1. ^I feel like anything related to your enjoyment of Fire Emblem: Awakening should be added, or something, lol

    Mine:

    - Awakening 3DS (N.A. version) w/ game: $220 or something ridiculous

    - Awakening (at midnight launch): $44 or so I'm guessing (yay taxes)

    - DLC: maybe $50? (multiple copies = multiple DLC purchases)

I've also got an Awakening-themed mousepad, but I can't remember how much that cost. That's about the limit of my Awakening spending though... for now, anyway. I'd be down to buy more stuff if I, you know, had the money. But all the money I have is going towards slightly more important things XD

this, though i only got the dlc for my cartridge

  2. I wouldn't mind Anima being split, but I want there to be a difference between the magic types. It needs to be more than just generic E rank, D rank, siege tome, etc. At least give them all unique tomes that aren't Prf weapons, if you can't bother to give them key differences they might as well be merged. I'd also like to see Anima tomes that use two weapon ranks.

Magic needs to be rethrought if the elements should be separate. There's barely any difference in Awakening other than Wind is weak but accurate, Thunder is strong but prone to miss and Fire is the middle ground. Perhaps Wind should be about always attacking twice with very weak power, Thunder should be about greater ange and Fire greater power, or they should have their own special effects. Dark magic already has a lot of oddities that make it stand out most of the time, so why not being able to summon a wall of flame or have a shield of electricity.

You could also rethink magic as AoE spells only that can only be cast a few times per map, while giving Mages the ability to use knives and staves to fight. Priests should have maces and staves instead.

I agree with these two, magic should be split, but the different types need to be different enough to warrant this. That said the differences need to still be balanced otherwise we run into the dnd issue at high levels the casters are basically gods, and the non magical people are dead weight most of the time.

  3. Tellius is not hated, fe9 is one of the most solid titles in the series, and 10 was good in terms of gameplay, though in terms of story, part 1 was a bit boring, and part 4 felt like a cop out to avoid having to figure out how to handle the blood pact, 2 felt like a rushed filler though it could have been interesting, part 3 was great, they had an interesting conflict but then they got rid of the issue in part 4.

  4. best book to film, I would say lord of the rings, it skipped some things like Tom Bombadil, but it worked well enough. The Book Thief's film adaptation was pretty good, I still don't like how they handled the shoulder shrug, the standover man, and the dairy, those where the 3 most important parts of the story to me, but it still worked well despite the fact that they changed those. The reason I find it acceptable is that they still kept the diary, it was just given to her by a different person, in addition they still handled they got the characterization right. The actors were almost all perfect.

Also was I the only one that notice she switched hands, in the start of the story she used her right, but when she wrote in her diary she used her left.

Also worst since I missed that one, I think the Eragon movie, though with other forms of media included the avatar the last airbender movie was atrocious, even if you didn't compare it to the tv show.

  5. Just do it.

    ...

    ......

    .........

There's some further explanation to be done here.

Now, it's possible this only worked for me, but if you're anything like me, perhaps this advice can help. Yes, it is as simple as "just do it." I'm a huge procrastinator, always have been, and whenever I tried to make plans to stop procrastinating, get more work done, and get it done early, it never worked out and I did poorly in school. A few years ago I thought to myself "Fuck it. I'll procrastinate as much as I want. I just need to get the work done in the end no matter what." Strangely enough, that worked.

So that's my advice. Forget everything else. As long as you just do it, eventually, that's what's important.

    Thats actually my exact strategy.

    Here are a few tips:

    - do homework as soon as possible; it is easier and faster to remember the stuff

    - learning as soon as possible for tests or exams; it is in general a bad idea starting to learn one night before the exam

    - a calender to organize all your dates

the asap thing doesn't work at all for me, but the calendar thing is great advice. As far as the studying thing, cramming is actually really effective for passing a test, but it doesn't help you learn the material as it won't wind up in your long term memory.

  6. the original grim brothers fairy tales

cinderella- sisters cut of parts of thier feet to fit the slippers

    beauty and the beast idk

snow white i think she wanted to drink her blood or something to regain youth (the wicked witch that is)

sleeping beauty raped in her sleep by passing king

rapunzel banged passig prince, witch blinds prince girl exiled to the dessert where she bears twins

also i'm not 100 percent sure snow while and sleeping beauty but i know rapunzel and cinderella are right

also pocahontas, so wrong so wrong she didn't even marry the right guy, anyone who took a class in american history knows it wrong

  7. Since you did mention D&D video games, I've been playing Neverwinter MMO, since it opened up last year. They've recently revised the PVP aspect of the game, and there's a lot of decent levelling and end game content, with a new expansion set in Icewind Dale about to hit, should be good as I remember playing the old PC game and it was pretty fun.

I've been playing neverwinter, took a break for a long time though I resumed play a little bit ago and finally got my tr up to level 60, I also have a hunter ranger, a control wizard, and a gwf

4E? I've always kept my distance from that...

Bloodlines, huh. Wasn't there a 2E setting based on that? Birthright, iirc.

4e, is different I'm currently running a game with it, I like it, but in a different way from 3.5/pathfinder (the other edition i've played) (i own some sourcebooks from each edition)
