  1. Things that polled better than the US Congress, now at 9%(the lowest in history): Nickleback Colonoscopies Used car salesmen France Genghis Khan Brussel Sprouts Head Lice Root Canals Replacement Referees Things that are still polling worse: Lindsey Lohan Lobbyists Ebola North Korea Meth labs The Kardashians So our Congress is somewhere between Nickelack and a meth lab, seems about right. http://www.bizjournals.com/tampabay/...kleback--.html
  2. Make pancakes. Cheap, easy, and good. Mmmmmm pancakes
  3. I'll probably ditch my starter for a Pikachu. But I'm excited to see where they go with this. But it's about fucking time we started seeing some worldwide releases.
  4. In Texas your allowed to shoot and kill someone for stealing your livestock. And he only got 10 because he was only selling pot. They throw the book at you for hard drugs.
  5. Nah 1 kilo of coke (15000$) is a little larger than a shoebox and a zip of weed (200$) is the size of a large Ziploc bag. Hence the name "zip." It's pretty easy to smuggle that stuff. Also is it illegal?!?!? Well.... I remember freshman year of college there was a bust in Lubbock, "they confiscated around 900 marijuana plants and found nearly $750,000. Authorities also seized five homes, ten guns, four vehicles and a boat." How big of a hit did this take on the college pot scene? Little to none. And look how many fucks that guy whos going to prison for 10 years to life gives xD. "Lol I'm going to jail, possibly forever guys" Hasn't worked perfectly? I'd say it's more like failed completely.
  6. Nintendos digital prices really should be cheaper. There's no production, distribution, tariff, or retail fees; so why the fuck is it the same price.
  7. Basically Mexico imports huge amounts of coke, herion, and speed(meth) into the US, which means hard drugs are much cheaper here (escpially in Texas/Califorina) than in Europe. Drug prices revolve around supply and demand. It's a very bad thing, and it's partially why the drug problem has gotten so bad here. It's totally better, my town of 1000 people had a huge drug problem. I had to move about 600 miles away and abandon all my druggie friends just to get away from all that bullshit.
  8. MEXICO!!!! But seriously its the other way around here. Speed and heroin are cheaper than weed (per dose, not per gram). There like 5$ a bag, and pure ecstasy can be 10$ a pill. Also the ingredents for meth can be bought at store, just like in Breaking Bad. We even have "meth watch" stickers on our grocery store windows.
  9. What about if you wanted to get married? Wouldn't you quit for the children's sake? Smoking around child isn't good. (Secondary-smoking can have terrible affects.) I never smoke indoors, and when I'm outside I always go away from strangers or ask people I know if they mind before lighting up. I would never smoke around kids. Also I've switched to natural cigs without chems or radiative fertilizer; and smoke pipe tobacco when I can as well. Those are much much eaiser on the body. And alcohol consumption has affects on behavior, doesn't it? (<- I'm not entirely sure about that one.) If the use is all day everyday of course. Withdrawing from that can actually kill you if you do it incorrectly. But I don't drink that much because I don't enjoy alcohol as much as smoking pot or cigs, so I don't really worry about it. It's more of a de-stress at the end of the week/test period kind of thing for me. Well, if you're willing give up a few years (or more?) of your life, then I guess it doesn't really matter... Really couldn't give a damn lol. By no means whatsoever are alcohol and tobacco safe, but at this point life wouldn't be worth living without them. (God that sounds so bad when I type it.) Also I'd personally put US ecstasy and lsd much higher up on this list. US ecstasy tends to be cut with speed or coke since 9/11 (do your own research) and lsd because I've got friends who are literally retarded after heavy prolonged use. They can hold down a simple job at 7/11, watch TV, and not much else. Stay away from that shit.
  10. And as for quitting tobacco/booze? Lolololol I'll probably never quit those.
  11. It's 21 in every state, as per federal law -.- Also lol just wait till you get to college, you will drink. Hell my college even has a program to pick up and drive intoxicated minors home, no questions asked. You just call the number on the back of your student id and pay like 10-20 bucks for "cab" fare. Course I started at 14 so... ~shrugs~
  12. That puzzle was bullshit. I would have never found those pieces without the internet.
  13. Good game? Yes. Best Paper Mario? NO! Granted I'm only at world 3, but it doesn't top the N64 or TTYD. It is better than the more recent Paper Mario titles though.
  14. When I was in highschool... Granted the problem isn't just the education, it also has to do with the local fucked up government. See? We even have a book on wikileaks "The non-fiction book Smith County Justice was written as an exposed of governmental corruption in the East Texas town of Tyler, the county seat of Smith County. Its publication sent shock waves through the political machine of the city of Tyler which then devised a plan for damage control. Shortly after its publication great pressure was brought upon the publisher to remove the book from circulation. All unsold copies in bookstores were ordered returned to the publisher and burned. Just exactly what threats were made against the publisher has been a subject of much speculation but there have been numerous examples of those who crossed the power elite in Tyler going to prison on trumped-up charges, being shot by the police, or in some cases simply disappearing (a few examples are given in the book). Considering the fact that Smith County courts can issue arrest warrants and request extraditions, it becomes apparent that even being out of state could not protect a publisher or author from trumped up charges in a vindictive legal system bent on revenge" Wow I'm getting really off topic, sorry about that.
  15. This does piss me off though. Get your shit together Nintendo!
  16. Yup. All four of our high schools failed to meet federal standards, and that's only the tip of the iceberg. Hell we smoked up in the bathrooms, on the soccer field, and in the parking lot. I'm glad the pot phase is behind me now though. There's also stuff like, oh idk a teacher getting stabbed to death. Why was the teacher stabbed? Oh pretty much just for the hell of it, "The situation was not gang related or racially motivated, nor was it associated with any other incident. All reports suggest that it was a random act by an individual student." OP your high school could be a lot worse, and college will be a lot better.
  17. I was smoking pot everyday and passing stuff by studying 1 hour before the test my junior year. Yay Texas public education. Although college is quite different. I don't smoke anymore and actually enjoy learning stuff and going to class.
  18. Eshop. Ehhh I'm lazy, plus then I always have my Fire Emblem game with my 3ds.
  19. If it makes you Europians feel any better, I'm pretty sure s̶p̶a̶n̶g̶l̶i̶s̶h̶ Spanish will be required in 10-20 years over here.
  20. To put my new gaming PC to good use. 1st Resolution I'll probably ever keep.
  21. Just shave it all off. That way it grows back even. Also If there is a funny story behind this, please share xD
  22. 8/10: Single 10/10: Group Rooks can have a move that even the queen cannot do, and can pass over both friendly/enemy pieces. Great for sneaking up on the queen/king. Also my favorite unit.
  23. The Gameboy Advance games are a great place to start. Go with Sacred Stones if you don't play a lot of strategy games or Blazing Sword (known in the US as simply "Fire Emblem") if you do. Blazing Sword is the better game, but Sacred Stones is considerably easier.
