Let's say I have Chrom currently as a Lord, and I feel that it would be a good idea to reclass into a Cavalier and learn Discipline before becoming a Great Lord. What would be the best/fastest way to go about that?

Go to the Eshop and take a look. You may be able to redownload it for free. That's what I did when I had to use a larger MicroSD card to fit all my stuff and my pre-downloaded pokemon games.

I'm doing an Awakening run soon, but I'm also doing something I never did:Plan my game before I even turn it on. I'm also planning ten units, and only planning on using those units (plus any new units that appear on the map). I don't know what I'm doing about children units. That said, are 10 units too many, and spread out the EXP too wide? Or do you think it's just right?

My 4-star Peri. She's strong enough to one-shot just about anything on the board, so much so that I named her my own personal Jeigan. She's also completely insane.

Funny you should mention the spear/archer duo, because I was just thinking that not trying to take out the ninja/spear/archer wall was an error I was making, since that caused problems late in my latest attempt (which was probably my best attempt yet). I always felt I could just stay out of their range and deal with them later, but then they bunched up behind them in such a way that anyone who tried to take anything out would be in trouble. I'm also going to see if Subaki and Hinoka can use javelins, since them having long range would have been a big help at times

So far, I chose Cadea, Marth, and Kellam. I plan to also add in Emmeryn and Azura in the coming days.

Of course I do. And in my last attempt, I started out walling off the east side with Silas, Oboro, and Rinkah, while going to take out the three sitting in the Southeast at the same time.

One is about leading a group strategically through overwhelming odds and achieving a goal without loss of life. The other is just how fast can you mash the A button.

Is it my unwillingness to do a lot of grinding? My tendency to reset when I lose a character? The fact that I don't use just a small band of super strong characters? Or is it that I'm just bad at this? Whatever the reason, and no matter what I try, I just can't seem to beat chapter 10. And I don't want to downgrade to Normal, and especially not to Casual (I tried Casual, seemed far too easy).

I was low on options for these ones, since they were the last three (besides Corrin, who I always did last). So their pairings weren't as good as the others.

After I decided to give a better pairing to Azama, that sparked some movement of most of the mothers to different partners. I just completed Chapter 9 in Birthright. Where they give you a Master Seal and two level 10 units. I wonder, is the game telling me that it's only going to get harder, and that I should promote a level 10 or over unit now?

I heard that Deepwoods paralogues get more difficult around chapter 10. So I've been doing other stuff when I was at chapter 9, more to get people together than anything else. But even though nobody is at S rank with their relationship yet (it's kind of hard when your strategy is "spread out and deal with your own things"), part of me wants to get back to the story. And some won't even see their future wife/husband until a few chapters later. So what I'm asking is how much harder will the paralogues get when they start to get difficult?

Magic mods won't matter if Rhajet can't hit the broad side of a knight. I was going for skill more than magic.

Just seeing if I can grind supports by doing this or not.

Looking at the growth rates that Kana will get, I'm going to give the slight edge to Silas. Though Laslow isn't a bad choice either. Avoid Niles, he wrecks Kana's strength growth.

While I don't have everyone planned yet (I hope to finish by the middle of next week), I have some pairings planned, and I'd like opinions Azura and Kaze Silas and Hana Ryoma and Mozu Saizo and Felicia Azama and Sakura Hayato and Orochi

I can't even figure out what I'm doing wrong, either. I try being aggressive, I die. I try protecting that person, and someone else dies. I even backed off to avoid Lunge, and Chrom dies. You would think that three level 7's, a Level 8, and a Level 5 would be enough to handle it. But nope, I just keep losing someone, no matter what I try. Okay, so I picked them partially because I wanted them to get some extra support with each other. But they should have enough variety and strength to clear this thing. But for some reason, they just can't seem to do it. I am at chapter 9, which I don't think is too terribly early. And it scales up the farther i go, so I would just be making it harder for myself. Level 8 Silas, Cavalier Level 7 Hana, Samurai Level 7 Saizo, Ninja Level 7 Rinkah, Oni Savage Level 5 Felicia, Strategist

I'm not sure what to do with some of them. I thought that Azama and Jakob would be magic based, since they start as a monk and a butler. But it's looking like that they actually may be better with strength. The problem comes with what I'm supposed to do with Sakura and Felicia, the two remaining magical girls. I don't know if anyone else would be better with magic, and therefore make a good magical child. And the Avatar is no help, Magic is actually his bane. Hayato seems to be the only one that could help, but I can't give him three wives. Any ideas?

...but it was entertaining or interesting, so you want to see where it goes? I have that with Azura/Subaki and Orochi/Kaze

Wow, this will save me hours of math and make this much easier to do.

I've been hard at work with a program I found, and worked out a couple of couples. Corrin (+Def, -Mag)xHana SaizoxAzura While Azura would make a better mother for Kana than Hana would, Saizo is the better father for Shigue, and Azura makes a great mother for Azuri. And Hana isn't too far behind for Kana.

We have only the first chapter of what's supposed to be a 6 chapter saga, so we probably will.
