Oh, well now i got another problem This happens when I try to switch to another layout, but as far as i know this only occurs during the orange layout. Idk what's causing this, because I went and did what I did (which was darken the background) To a clean ROM, and it still does it.

Thanks, Cam. I found it. It's funny, the colors were actually inverted, so I had no idea it was the right palette until i tried editing it.

I'm having trouble finding what the correct palettes are for these two: It seems that no matter where I look, I can't properly find the palettes. If anyone can help (or know what they are), I would greatly appreciate it.

Well, you gotta remember that "as official as possible" can still mean unofficial. I mean, even though Arch is updating 6, it's still gonna be considered a fan-hack. Also, I have a question: you said you're importing updated mechanics, but what about animations? I know that the mercenary and archer animations in 6 are very...well, different compared to the ones in 7 & 8. And the Sage animations have no sound when they're casting the spells, either. I think including that would be good, but you can leave it as is. I wouldn't mind, it's your hack after all :P

Yeah, like Onmi said, items don't drop so you're better off using your thieves to steal their items. inb4 someone imports the drop item command

I think it's because he used Tiled or whatever. But it works if you use a door key, so it's not impossible for you to get it.
