When wrecking one of my FE7 copies, I noticed that if you use an animation that makes it so the enemy is never hit, like FE6 Ballista at 1 range, the game will give you 3 EXP at the end of the battle and the enemy will magically lose the HP they were supposed to. Why this obscure amount 3?

Unfortunately no, but alternatively you could edit the talking and blinking sprites so that it lines up.

I've run it a few times, but the ISO doesn't seem to load correctly and Dolphin crashes, giving me the option to send an error report. What should I do to fix this? Turns out it's clearing the code cache that's the problem.

Is there any way to convert .jga (John GBA save state files) to the kind that VBA uses?

I have the patch that allows you to have Magic and Strength together. I haven't played with it much, but I've found that some physical units will have some Magic for some reason, like Florina having 3 or whatever it was. This is for FE7. I tried to attach it to this post, but couldn't. It should be somewhere in http://serenesforest.net/forums/index.php?showtopic=26913

No problem, phobia! It probably saved this hack anyway, since Tier 2 would probably be messy if split promotion was possible. In any case, I hope to continue work on this hack tomorrow and will work on having at least one working chapter by the end of September for the first Beyond Dreams patch. 0.1 will feature Arch as she attempts to hold out on her own to save the village she calls home.
As is obvious, Legal Fanfare took a break from operations. I have recently moved across the country, and just haven't had time for this. Now that I'm settled in, I'll be on tomorrow to start progress back up. And too much FE10. -

I recently encountered this game at my local GameStop, I gotta say Genius Sonority did a great job on this. Fitting the 400+ Pokemon there were at that time, including alternate forms, into all those stages while also creating a quirky story, it's great! Not to mention the rarely accessed multiplayer, this is something you should play sometime. Genius Sonority also made the Denpa Men games.
