Yeah, you need to use all characters pretty equally, in an S-Rank, so it is tough to tier. Efficiency Tierlists are the only ones that ever make sense to me anyhow. The TC obviously isn't open to any changes anyhow, and just states that he's right anyhow, so there's not much point even arguing. Like Lyn out of LHM at level 13 is never happening.
