Personally I think it really doesn't matter to the gaming experience. I like physically copies, some people don't care. I like cool unique stuff, such as the fire emblem 3ds, because itll be rare soon enough and well..its cool. But hey, if you feel you need more screen size, go for that.

My last play through I had my avatar marry Cherche, and I turned Gerome into some kind of freak god-monster. While that was fun, I would like a new avatar child to setup, and I was wondering who would be a good match? I'm pairing Chrom with Olivia, so she's out, but Maybe Lissa? I don't know, I'd like a male child seeing as Morgan is going to be female. Skills arnt an issue seeing as avatar child can be any class, so mainly stats I guess? What kid would have a really good stat growth?

First play was like 42 hours. Spent a lot of time reclassing and re leveling. Making Gerome a god. lol

I wanted to start a new playthrough and I was wondering if anyone knew when the Alm dlc with the demon fighter scroll drop releases? I've heard it's next week, but I didn't wanna get my hopes up just yet.

I was determined and got it on the 4th. Day 1. Gamestop was an obvious no no. So I called every place every that sells games on the 3rd and early morning 4th. Luckily, A Target 15 miles from my house had like 2 in stock. Just 2. :o So I asked them to hold one and bam. Bought my copy. Every Gamestop was saying at EARLIEST the 8th. some even said the friday of the next week. Bummer for those who couldnt get it. But if you look hard enough...theyre out there.

Yeah, I don't know exactly how the logbook works so, (1) Can you put any character on it? (2) Is the same Logbook used for all your game saves? ( If I started a new game, would my other saved logbook characters be available?) (3) Would the Logbook characters you buy have any supports or no? (4) If you start a save, add the avatar to the logbook, and delete that save to make a new save, will that avatar still be in the logbook for purchase? ALSO, Given that the first dlc paralogue came out today, (5) Can anyone give me an estimate of when they'd think the Aversa Paralogue would come out? Cuz honestly, I'm not gonna start a new game until that one comes out. Thanks.

I married her to my avatar. And that makes Gerome able to be any male class, which opens him to great skills, Now, he's an unstoppable beast that Doesn't need help taking out an entire map.

Awesome! And thanks for the vid link. That's really the only dlc im excited for! Question though Will you only be able to get 1 demon fighter scroll? Or can you play the map again and get another one?

That IS disappointing. Luckily, some other dlc will include more worth while items that teach skills and new classes. so, thats more worth it. ALSO Could anyone find a screen shot somehow of a demon fighter class in this game? I know the dlc for it isnt released for america, but I thought there has to be a foreign screeny somewhere lol. I want to see if the armor looks cool, and is actually black...instead of...blue like everything else.

I've heard he looks nothing like Roy at all, and its very generic and stale. I was wondering if someone could post a screen shot of roy's 3d model from the dlc before I decide to buy it or not. I was really hoping he'd look like..well, Roy. Thanks

(1) Gerome is the avatars son, so what class would build his skill the fastest when leveling? I want Armsmith to be as effective as possible. (2) What non-mounted class give Gerome the darkest armor possible?

Same as title. Does Gerome keep his mask on for most of the game? I saw some shots with him having his mask off, and I really don't like it. Is there something that makes him lose his mask or a way to avoid it? Or is there nothing to worry about?

Don't even have the game and that helpful huh? lol Nice. So wait, being the avatar's son, means he has access to every non-special male class? If so, I have nothing to worry about in inherent skills, I can just have him learn them!

Alright, I want gerome to have some really cool skills. Stats are whatever, as they can be obtained very easily through grinds. Though, His father will be my avatar, who has Ignis and rally spectrum. I was thinking of making him a dark knight but would those skills be worth it for gerome? Assuming I use Hero or War Monk instead of wyvern class that is. What other class for avatar would give some cool abilities to Gerome? Also, Cherche... Should I keep her going wyvern Lord? Would Gerome Inheret Canto? or would a different class be more suitable for his skill inherets? Thanks

Would he still be wearing black as a hero?

Gerome is like my favorite, and I was wondering (1). Does he have unique appearances for his base classes? (2) One of his base class options is War Monk, Will his armor still be black? Will he have his mask? (3) Would classing him as hero change his armor at all?

Well, as long as you think I'll safely slide into a decently leveled Dark Knight by end game? Further more, would Gerome be more useful as a Wyvern master or a hero? Also, if one of my characters is already level maxed, but im on chapter 11, Should i spend one of my only seals on them, or wait till theyre more abundant?

Okay, most of that makes sense. Slightly weaker is fine with me, im not THAT into stat details. But how much faster? Would it be like, crunch time to try to fit in the Grandmaster to Dark knight transfer?
