    If a character looks like garbage to me, I'm not going to really give them a chance. I don't need to look at their stupid/generic/ugly mug every few seconds while playing. There's not a TON of these cases for me though. A few that spring to mind: Ricken, Ross, Kellam, Donnel, the 40 year old looking generic knight type units u get in the gba games, and probably a few more. Oh. Mist.

    There's always been "nonsensical" fighting in FE. This thread is the epitome of nitpicking something that doesn't matter in the slightest, as far as "reality/making sense". You know this is a fantasy video game with monsters and magic right?

    Your comment is pretty ignorant of the source material but I agree. And secondly, who cares. It's a game. For EVERYONE. In the guy's own statement, it seems like he would have to be okay with it if gay marriage was legal everywhere. He's on a funny nonsensical slope. So yeah. Just came in to say don't throw around stuff when you clearly don't know what the source material says, because it definitely says otherwise. It's pretty rough on non-believers.

    I feel shoehorning a non lgbt character to be one is pretty lame. Just make a solid good character who happens to be lgbt. Though then I'm faced with, MU can have his pick of (thus far lady) characters, so why not throw guys in there too? Which is fine. But, having a specifically gay character, as a REAL character, would be interesting. Honestly in the whole support it or not controversy I really don't give a fuck. If you're gonna do a specific character, do them well. That's all.

    I don't buy that a starting character is going to already be promoted unless she's the designated pre-promoted for Nohr side.

    I'm not sure because Camilla has that too. I'm thinking it's either restricted to my castle somehow, or the caps have been increased for the whole game? That doesn't seem likely tho
