  1. I've recently had issues posting or sending PMs or what have you. It doesn't register until I leave the page or reload, where it then posts what I'm trying to say. It's not my internet. It's been like this for me for a few weeks.
  2. idk, what required Rayquaza to be retconned into the progenitor of Mega Evolution even though X/Y established Lucario as doing that? They can easily be turned into [spoiler=Sun/Moon Spoilers] Ultra Beasts. It wouldn't be that difficult, and their designs aren't far removed from the Ultra Beasts anyway, especially Buzzwole.
  3. they're still legendaries though. being part of the same line does not change how game freak feels they need to be characterized
  4. everything, sinnoh is terrible I'm sure Dialga and Palkia will have their back stories retconned due to Sun and Moon. Also, hopefully we still have things like Volkner having an Ambipom because that was actually really cool keep Caitlin and Darach though
  5. also, i'm fairly certain you didn't understand hau's character if you think that he's living for good vibes or whatever hau basically has crippling depression because of hala and that's his coping mechanism. the only one who notices before a certain point is gladion, who ends up causing hau to actually grow
  6. [spoiler=every legendary so spoilers]Type: Null, Silvally, Tapu Koko, Tapu Lele, Tapu Bulu, Tapu Fini, Cosmog, Cosmoem, Solgaleo, Lunala, Nihilego, Buzzwole, Pheromosa, Xurkitree, Kartana, Celesteela, Guzzlord, Necrozma, Magearna, and Marshadow. And yes, the code states that Type: Null and Silvally are Legendaries. They're listed on the same level as Pokémon like Articuno, Uxie, or Heatran Edit: @Rezzy, 20 brand new legendaries
  7. people who dislike Pokémon are so close minded typically. like, feel free to not care about it, but actively disliking is really not necessary meanwhile, I have enough team member ideas to fill four runs with exclusively Alolan Pokémon. Shout outs to the starters, Toucannon, Vikavolt, Lycanroc, Ribombee, Oricorio, Bewear, Palossand, Comfey, Mimikyu, Tsareena, Salazzle, Golisopod, Bruxish, Marowak, Sandslash, Raticate, Togedemaru, and Mudsdale. I'm fine with everyone else, like Lurantis or Araquanid, but they don't typically make much of an impression. I will say Toxapex is pretty ridiculously meanspirited though, and the fact that the game has 20 Legendaries is a little absurd Pyukumuku is also cool, but lol at using it ingame
  8. I've played this game and I have some opinions the new Pokémon are the best batch in the series. unexpected shout outs to bewear and comfey mimikyu is op. I love it lillie is a garbage character wicke is the best character in the series comfey is the best too many Pokémon are rare the level curve is really really bad trials are fun, Kiawe's the best moment in any Pokémon game I love the new stoner hikers bewear
  9. I need this, like, a lot. If anyone has this available, could you please add me? FC is 4596-9970-7196 If you just happen to own a Huge Power Bunnelby or Diggersby, I'll take that too.
  10. What I don't really understand is why people think that anyone replacing Scalia will make a difference. Do you really think Ginsburg and friends will drop dead that quickly? I doubt it.
  11. Carson and Pence are the real problems here. Honestly, I don't think Trump will be as bad as I thought. But everyone he associates himself with is just ??? But considering that he needs Republicans on his side, whatever. If Carson or Pence actually steps out of line, everyone else can put them back into place.
  12. lolSo Malcolm X means that the black community shouldn't have rights? What about Susan B. Anthony and women's suffrage? This is just homophobia under a different package. If you let the actions of others dictate how you feel about us, you obviously didn't care in the first place. There seem to be plenty of straight people who let their identity define them. Remember the "Locker Room talks?" So basically, the heteronormative society allows people to live for their identity, but I can't? Cool. @Blah, Maslow's hierachy is stupid and meaningless. Most people would rather be dead if they were truly in a low, low place. Emotional health is more important than physical health typically. It's why suicide is such a rampant issue. The hierachy shows no sympathy for anyone with mental issues. I mean, they're healthy, right? And considering the huge pushback from conservatives about free health care, that obviously isn't the sticking point issue like you think it is. Free health care and free education should be the norm.
  13. Lol, no one "planted" these fears in my head. I deserve the power to be afraid, and no one can tell me that I'm indoctrinated to be afraid. Being asexual does not make you the victim of violence. It has it's share of drawbacks, like the idiotic remarks of people who feel you need to find the right person, but no one will likely hurt you over it.
  14. The only "values" I have is LGBT rights, as well as rights for all minorities in general. Literally nothing else matters.
  15. Lol, doesn't this count as "silencing opposition?" Ein is also biased, having voted for Trump, and obviously has no actual knowledge of my community. If you're straight, you're just an ally and not a member. We are shook, and I don't need straight people mansplaining that it will be okay. You aren't the ones being persecuted. I don't need his "comfort" when it's just trying to say "don't worry, Trump isn't as bad as Reagan (terrible) or Bush Jr (also terrible) Yes, Trump is better than the man who let gay men die of AIDS because he didn't care, and he's better than DADT Bush Jr. So what? My one true hope in life is that our classy First Lady, Michelle, runs in 2020. Michelle would absolutely get back the people that Hillary lost with her lying and her terrible word choice. She probably won't run, but people like Warren, Uncle Joe, or Bernie could do it too.Contesting Trump means it's more likely for him to win in 2020, and I'd rather have him now instead of Hillary for four years before the Left loses every single position ever. Edit: @Augestein: why should I get comfort from people who have no idea what we've been through? Why should I think that they care? You need experience to comfort someone. I'm not going to go to victims of police brutality who are black and tell them how to think when I myself cannot give them the comfort they deserve. Outsider opinion doesn't matter as much in any group that I can think of. I can think of them and tell them how sorry I am, but it obviously isn't the same. It also is doomsday. If he removes any of our rights, there'd be no reason to even continue living. I shouldn't have to "steel myself" when I'm going o lose everything that I am.
  16. You don't get to tell me what to fear lol. That's your straight privledge talking. You've never had to want for rights. We are still wanting. You don't get to dictate what is fearful or not. Right now, everything is fearful, for we are hirting.
  17. I see no reason to be kind to people who voted against me as a human being. I'd rather drive people away from my cause by attacking them than try to futilely make people believe that I'm worth something. It's not happening. I'd rather be "petty and immature" than bow down to the straightriarchy.
  18. Lol at not losing friends over this. I've already begun to cut everyone out who I know believes in Trump. My own identity is more important than their insignificant friendship. I care more about what celebrities think than common people, so I'm still obviously going to stand by them. Everyone I follow, from Brie Larson to Rachel Bloom to Rowan Blanchard to Lin-Manuel Miranda is pretty much in mourning today, and I agree with all of them.
  19. I still see no reason to not be condescending. I'll double down on it in fact. Saying things like this just marginalizes my struggles. I'll take what Eclipse said and attempt to apply it, but I also deserve the right to defend myself and my kin. Every day in my classes I hear people say things that are homophobic or transphobic and I shouldn't have to take it. I developed a condescention complex just from having to slash away at people who are speaking maliciously of me, even if indirectly because they don't know. That became my method for responding to everything that isn't in agreement with me. I can attempt to be nicer, but we both know that my treatment could easily get worse IRL. @Eclipse - the treatment of Bi people is terrible, I agree. I dunno what that has to do with you "supporting" us or not, and people like Lady Gaga and Rebecca Sugar are definitely helping on that front.
  20. If a draft worthy war starts, young women should be drafted too. It's sexism against men to force us to give up our lives for a cause we may not even believe in instead of getting to live our lives. Either no draft (preferable) or all draft.
  21. Real talk with me here: Why should I listen to you for life advice (not site advice since you're a mod obviously) when you clearly disagree with gay rights? Literally the entire reason I refuse to listen to your advice is because I know that you've said beforehand that religion should be usable to deny service to people. If you can't even practice the tolerance that you constantly seem to think I and only I (notice that I'm a gay person who's actually outspoken here), then why should I listen to you? I have gone to Specta and Integrity for life advice before because I can trust them to actually respect me as a person. Respect is a two way street, and my identity comes before anything else for me. I could be the sweetest person alive, but I still would not want respect from anyone who can't even respect the LGBT community.
  22. Hating back is the only answer. I will not allow you to spit in my face and I won't bend over for the sake of "living with people." I will fight, and I will fight hard. I will not stop until my voice is heard.
  23. I don't care. I will never rest until my queer brothers and sisters can stand hand in hand and walk towards the future. The black community is still hurting after 150 years. BLM unearths the hurt and the pain, an it will never go away. If I have one accomplishment in life, it would be to start sister movement Rainbow Lives Matter. Because we hurt alongside them, and we will hurt forever more.
