I have played fire emblem 6,7,8,9 and 11 I dont have a wii I have beaten all the ones Ive played.

I think it really shouldnt matter as much as it does. I had a big problem with hackers but with time and training I got past it and am able to beat them (for the most part). I think as long as you are still winning matches who cares? ..as long as you are not being made to drop weps and such... Hopefully the american release has fixes..

You cant use stat boosters but yes, battle exp applies to originals I believe.

They only gain EXP for the unit replace e.g. a loaned barst will gain EXP for original, and when you dismiss or trade off the original will have the EXP earned by the loan.

Another game that never made it to US but went to EU was Ys tactics (Im 99% sure). But that was only because it didnt do so well I think. But the Economy here is in shambles right now so that may be why. I also can agree that they may not have wanted it to be eclipsed by other releases.
