  1. I don't want to remove the individual ratings, because I think it helps show the strengths, depending on your priorities, plus you can just ignore them. As for Lex!Faval, tell me what you think the rating should be and I'll fix it, so this argument can end.
  2. I can put a notation at the start. Yes Elite does lead to a stat increase. I made a note of this in the skills section though. Faval will reach a higher level sooner, but I believe that at equal levels, Holyn is better. I know Patty isn't a priority for the Hero Sword. But Holyn lets her, and Ambush is only useful in the arena, while Lunar Sword is useful any other time. The Sleep Sword is not accurate, so the Skill boost is helpful.
  3. If you didn't notice, I gave the skills section a pretty good rating. This is the first time I've ever heard talk of Lex!Faval being superior to Holyn!Faval. Think about this: If I took a level lead into account for anytime Lex is involved, his children's stats would always be superior. And because I disagree, does that make this guide invalid? I am trying to keep things balanced, but you disagree, and now the whole thing is useless?
  4. Thank you. The level lead is not being taken into account. That would be in the Skill section. As Pitbuller26 said, accuracy is much more important, because what does it matter if he's tankier if he isn't even going to be hit anyways?
  5. Isn't that overkill? I can see they should be closer, but I still think Faval!Holyn should be better than Faval!Lex.
  6. How? Decrease Holyn, raise Lex, or both?
  7. What should I do to the scores then?
  8. The level lead is not taken into account there. And if he isn't facing enemy's the durability boost doesn't matter. The Skill bonus really should be that important.
  9. I think the gap is the right size. Why would you pick Lex's stats over Holyn's?
  10. I tried going with good, passable, etc., but I just thought it didn't seem detailed enough. I can see your point, what Lex provides may be better than Holyn, in some pairings, but not for Faval. As an bow user, Faval shouldn't even enter 1 range combat, so the Defense is useless. On the other hand, the Skill difference (although minor) may mean the difference between hitting and missing on some bosses. If the Ichival was more accurate I would concede, but Faval needs Skill, which is something that Lex is bad at, while Holyn is much, much better at.
  11. I praise Holyn for it because it's an extra bonus. With Lex it's the prime result, which is a difference. Lex gives the durability, but with a huge price tag. Holyn gives better Skill (small, but Ichival is not accurate), and high HP as a bonus.
  12. I understand that, but I really do not want to go into comparing them to over units.
  13. I know. I had a long conversation with Camtech over this. I put a note about that in the opening post.
  14. Would you suggest I change Sylvia/nobody to 10/10 for difficulty? I still think it is somewhat difficult because you have to be very careful not to let her spend to many turns next to the same unit. Edit: I just thought that through. Even if she does get paired, if she's dead, it won't matter. I'll put it at 8/10 though because you still have to make sure she doesn't fall in love with someone who you have other plans for.
  15. She can use swords a little better than with other pairings. Also, the guide is finished, I finished Brigid's section.
  16. I agree that they are inferior given the number of mounted units, if you read the opening post, I am only rating them against alternate versions of themself. And about Alec vs. Azel; I agree that Azel is likely better, but Alec got more votes.
  17. That was just a poor choice of words. I mean he will likely not inherit any wind or thunder tomes. Tinny can't use Tron until promotion.
  18. I'll add that in, but it shouldn't affect the rating. If anyone has advice on how to fix the Sylvia/Nobody difficulty to acquire section, please tell me, because I'm not sure how to do it.
  19. I completely agree. I changed it to a 6.5/10. Updated for Fury. I tried to hold Sety to the same standards as any other pairing. However, in the overall section, I weighed Fee more than Sety. Updated for Tiltyu. I hope I did the nobody section right. Thank you Sirius. I didn't notice the double post.
  20. I would say given the number of people that voted, these are the best. Skasaha would do great with a Silver Blade, but like Shin Chan said, Delmud needs it more.
  21. Sorry about the argument. It took me a while to actually understand. I won't modify Skasaha. Once I know about Delmud, I'll change it accordingly.
  22. I'll go back and mention it. How do you think it should affect the score? While I agree that there are other good pairings, I only asked for five because for almost every mother, it was not easy coming up with five, most were only three. I'll lower Azel!Delmud's score. Edit: I put a note in the opening post about droppable items.
  23. I've pretty much played the entire series of the games of mentioned. I've played a Megaman game, but it didn't really stand out (the original one). I'll look into Dragon Quest, Golden Sun, and Radiant Historia.
  24. I'm not understanding then. What specifically should I do? I can see that I need to fix it now. Do you mean for everyone or just Sylvia unpaired? What should I lower it to? And as for Ayra/Fin, I polled the members of the website for the top 5, and that pairing wasn't one of them.
  25. RPGs mainly. That and platformers like Mario. Are the Dragon Quest series good? I've very briefly played the first one, and it didn't stand out.
