    Say what you will about the quality, the 3ds games' support system is much more streamlined and convenient than the games of fe's past. With the revoking of a support limit, we can see more than one full support chain of a character per playthrough, which is a really dumb rule for someone who only cares about the conversations.

    The only supports that give you extra base conversations are miccy/sothe and mist/boyd. Other than that, my advice would be to just support units you're using with each other. Oh, and that earth affinity is really good.

    The difference in dancers is really minor compared to the prepromotes they share their routes with, but I guess Elphin (the bard) has more reliable durability. Sophia's arguably the worst unit in the game, she struggles to hit things early on and her growths aren't as spectacular as they probably should be given her joining situation.

    The big 3 in this game are Rutger, Percival, and Miledy. Alan and Lance are pretty cool, dieck is useful earlygame, and prepromotes like Echidna and Klein are useful on HM.

    Chapter 7 sucks. And so do this game's armor knights. Rutger is your friend. also ^the chapter 9 split only affects 2 chapters and you get a different prepromote in each.

    The female results are so bad it almost makes me wish I actually voted. Having a first gen non kamui sexual in last place was probably the biggest surprise.

    -Cain and Abel actually weren't even friends, that's why they don't support each other in fe12 -Bantu and Xane are the only people that remember/kept records of the war of shadows. Tiki only remembers a really romantic/embellished version from when she was a kid, and Bantu and Xane never wanted to correct her so her version was the one that went down in legends. I really like that idea, I hope you don't mind if that becomes a part of my headcanon too

    Someone who comes in at chapter 8 with 4 strength isn't worth my time.

    The general consensus is 11>1 and 3>12. 3 is a partial remake of 1, but it's stripped a few characters and maps because of the system limits at the time. I'd say play 11, 3, and 12, preferably in that order. 1 is pretty archaic and outclassed by 11, so it's the only one I'd consider skipping.
