I still prefer Ice Beam because Blizzard has PP issues and deplorable accuracy outside of hail. I thought it was just accuracy. HAIL TEAM GOOOOOO! Indeed. Blizzard's only advantage is HeartGold/SoulSilver's Red battle. Though my Vapereon (named Sigurd) pretty much soloed the entire game with its Hail/Blizzard combo. Knows it's only useful in a few fights like Wallace's. Part of Solarbeam's problem lies in the fact that it's weakened in any weather aside from sun. You should play Touhoumon. Hmmm....
