More or less, she has one health bar, which is a spell card that involves four Loch Ness monsters appearing and making a large splash, this covers 90% of the screen and cannot be shielded. She randomly appears and disappears while the card is active, and you can't tell where she'll pop up. You need to get close to her 9-10 times before the card deactivates and you can reliably beat her up, and after you drain about half her health you have to do it again. Mokou can't backdash forever (though her forward dash can last a while) so grazing can be difficult. Now knows the terror of Nitori's Loch Ness Monster card on Lunatic.
